This is the cleanest subway in the history of the entire subway franchise since the beginning of time. When I say, spotless, smells clean, not even a fingerprint anywhere. Food is always at the right temperature and never gives me a bad stomach, like some of the other places in the area. This place is super well managed and I love that it’s open late on Fridays.
The new lady today who made my sandwich did a great job. The person helping her was very good at explaining the contents/ingredients. Places packed, parking lot full. Looks like I found the hip spot in town, lol.
I’d show you the incredible sandwich, but I ate it too fast. Great job by all the ladies tonight.

Today I worked with Rachel at the Crestview location and oh my gosh you guys she is so amazing!! She was able to help me get a large catering order set up and had it ready all labeled and put together right on time! She was so kind and honestly you just don’t see that a lot anymore so I wanted to make sure Rachel got her flowers! Definitely go give them a visit!

Usually, our experience with this subway is great. The food is made correctly (except today, I ordered a toasted sub and it was not toasted but not a big deal), and most of the staff is pleasant. However, server 999997 (didn’t catch her name, that’s just the number on our receipt) has been rude every time we go here. She is an older woman, 50’s or 60’s and she has a horrible attitude towards customers and acts as if we are a nuisance to be there. I’ve worked in the food industry, retail, you name it. I get it can be frustrating, but you don’t take it out on the customers who are spending money there. Without customers, you won’t have a job. If this woman’s attitude continues next time we go there, I hate to say it but you will lose us, one of your regulars. We have been nothing but kind, and kind people have their limits.

The stuff was absolutely delightful. The sandwich was life-changing. It could be that I hadn’t eaten anything all day but those girls did a great job. I absolutely will be back. I also appreciate how fast they are, since I often pick up orders there as a doordash driver!! Great job

To The owners of this establishment, You need to ditch the automated system at the drive through. It’s Garbage! All 4 sandwich orders were wrong and half the chips were not in the bag. A lot of errors. The drink selection didn’t marry up to what was on hand. Stop trying to replace people with machines in Crestview. You have lost our business until this change happens. Jersey mikes here we come!

I placed a curbside order and didn’t realize until I got home that I was given the wrong sandwich. I called and they not only apologized for the error but gave 3 reasonable solutions to correct the mistake – I could come collect the correct one, I could collect a sandwich at another time, or they could refund my transaction. I chose to just go pick up the correct sandwich same day. The staff was super polite and apologetic, I received a second Happy Gilmore cup and 2 free cookies for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen when training and the customer service to fix the problem was stellar. I’ll definitely continue to use this Subway.

Went here for the very first time just now I just finished my food. I walked in and stood in front of one of the workers making an online order. Earbuds in, doesn’t even look up at me, waits 3 minutes in dead silence before she went to the back to grab someone to come make my sandwich still never looking at me and saying nothing to me. The person comes out makes my sandwich and rings up my order. I’ll be honest this was one of the very few times I didn’t tip because of my first impression. The lady when I started walking away says to her other coworker under her breathe “No tip of course.” I am not sure if the “Of course” was because I am a minority or if this Subway just doesn’t see tips often neither of which deserve such rude behavior. You work at Subway which is your choice people are not obligated to tip. This had to of been a manager as she was an older looking woman. The worker that ignored me and said nothing had purple hair for anyone that is in a position to do anything about this rude customer service. Sandwich was what you expect from a Subway sandwich.

First off train your employees so they can actually follow instructions you present to them and when a coupon says 2 footlongs for a price just because the footlong got cut in half by the employee doesn’t mean it’s not a foot long anymore.

These kids are not even one bit customer friendly week one young man was tonight. The girl making my sandwich seemed like the world was closing in on her. Didn’t even say a word… Made me stand there for like 6 min before she even said I’ll be with you in a moment. Foods great.. It’s subway… Customer service with this purple or green hairs young lady was terrible.
