I’m from a place where food is a way of life and I didn’t expect much from subway especially in Pensacola. Sally and Tisa made our sandwiches so . Like I’m serious my sandwich gave me that taste I miss that hit you hard. Not like the regular subs but it was excellent. I will definitely be back.

My motorcycle broke down on my trip and I’ve been stating in a near by motel, waiting on repairs.
I’ve been coming to this Subway next to my hotel for the last three days. Jessa, is always pleasant and in good spirits. And the entire 1st shift crew all work great as a team.
Subway isn’t my favorite sandwich shop, but I will come here regularly. Just goes to show you how employee enegergy is emportant, and the sandwiches show for their great team work!

I ordered on uber eats an American club sub it came with one piece of bacon on half the sub the other half had no bacon at all and the whole sub had no cheese. I called up there and talked to the general manager but she said she remembers this sub and made it her self and put 4 pieces of bacon and 8 cheese slices but that’s not what my sub looked like when I got it than she went on to say that I can’t control the uber driver if they took it cheese and bacon my question is how someone supposed to take melted cheese off a sub I find this very unprofessional the general manager said she made it herself but obviously didn’t or just didn’t make it right plus she went on to try and blame the uber instead of solving the problem.

We had stopped coming to this location for rude managers and obnoxious employees. But decided to give it one more try. We’re truly glad we did it’s once again clean and food is great. The staff is amazing Kathy Cheyenne Kendall are absolutely amazing very friendly and always smiling. Truly a wonderful experience

Just got me a teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, Subway’s always pretty good don’t think I’ve ever had a bad Subway although I like food in general but they were pretty decent there I came in on the lunch rush and it only took him about five minutes to make my sandwich which is not bad especially during lunch rush. Ordered Double Meat AND Deluxe on Uber Eats, and this is what I got. I get double meat a few times a week from another store and it’s always an inch thick of straight meat. There’s no way this is any more than 50% extra (Deluxe) if even that. I reported to Uber Eats….their reponse? The portions of food are determined by the vendor. So be warned if you’re thinking about paying for extra anything – this is what this store has decided 250% meat looks like. Also, easily the most pathetic excuse of Italian “herbs” and “cheese” bread I’ve ever seen. 4 individual shreds of cheese, and you need a magnifying glass to find the herbs. What this store loses in customer satisfaction they clearly make up for in saved cost on products. I guess that’s one way to run your business.

They waited till food was made and wrang up to tell me they didn’t take coupons .With prices of food, I would have gone to a different store if I had known . I ended up paying $ 33.38 for 2 footlongs and a pizza. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
