i went today and purchased a salad. the man was nice but hard to understand him and he had a hard time understanding me. the salad was very small did not even fill half of the salad bowl, very little meat and lettuce.
please of soft tomatoes, pickles and banana peppers. had no salad dressing only fat free. will not eat from this location again.

i literally went and ordered two bmt sandwiches which would come up to $25 at any other location but not this one. My total was foolishly $32 dollars and while i will spend whatever on food, Not at a damn subway! Pissed off wasn’t even the word to describe how i felt, then when i confronted the arabian man about it he tried to tell me i didn’t specify on bmt so he overcharged purposely . ugh i knew better in my soul to go to this location.

Pull up to the drive through and no one answers. Pull up to the window and no one comes to the window. No sign saying the drive through is out of order. It’s almost like they don’t want your money, so I’ll make sure they never get mine again.

DO NOT EAT AT SUBWAY ON PENSACOLA BLVD. There was one lady working Thursday night. She asked me to pull around to the window to place my order. She spoke broken English. Once the order was placed she handled the money and prepared the sandwiches. I waited 20 minutes total. Once I got home I opened my sandwich only to find “alot” of mayo. I went to the kitchen grabbed my 1/4 c measuring cup and filled it completely. The vegetables should have been tossed and replaced with fresh vegetables. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST.

All veggies looked horrible like it’s been up there for days. My sub and my mom sub tasted horrible. We threw it in the trash and workers are rude if you don’t speak English why are you working. Pepsi was horrible. Bread stale and cookies stale

Food did not look fresh at all. Lazy employee or something. The tomatoes , cucumbers and spinach were shriveled up. I’m am surprised she was serving that to people. It should have been tossed and and replaced with fresh vegetables. That could get someone sick. Do better.

The staff had a hard time understanding (English is 2nd language). The meatball sub was not good. At least 20% of the sub on both ends did not have any meatballs. Also the meatballs were hard from cooking so long. Then the drink cup leaked and they wanted to charge for a replacement cup. Definitely not worth a visit.
