I was very disappointed when I ordered my sandwich, went through the process and presented a coupon at payment and was told “we don’t accept Subway coupons. So instead of paying $10, I ended up paying almost $18 for a footlong sub. The owner has every right not to honor coupons but it should be posted on the entry door that they don’t take coupons. When I was told this, no emotion, apologies…nothing. I will not be visiting this store again. Why would I go here when I could go to another Subway that does honor coupons. I’m glad to be a customer, but enjoy getting a break on costs when I can use a coupon. Sounds like I’m whining but I was just put off having to pay double of what I expected. I’m still irritated!

Had the most sloppy made sandwich Today. Not sure if it’s a lack in training or if the employees ignorance was of their own. You could tell our order wasn’t one she was going make with grace when she threw on shredded cheese for our cold sandwich. The mustard was put on top and more of it made it on the wrapper than than the actual Sandwhich. If I was rolling subs I would be the best sub roller not sub standard.

I came here for a cinnamon pretzel and coke icee. The pretzel was barely sprinkled with cinnamon and the coke icee was leaking down most sides. The cashier handed me the items, pointed to the price and barely spoke. I won’t be returning unfortunately.

Great Sub way restaurant!! The manager was very helpful and positive in helping me with sandwich platters that I needed done asap. The team worked quick in preparing our food and the platters were very well put together! great job Guys!

I’m giving this Subway 5 stars. And not because our food was made at lightning speed because it actually took a bit longer than we would have preferred. Its not because the dining area was spotless,but it was surprisingly clean. But im giving this Subway 5 stars because of the young man that took our order,made it,and juggled doordash orders while still attending to the line of in store customers as well as patiently trying to help me use my egift card ALL BY HIMSELF. I was in awe at how patient and calm this young man remained under so much pressure. I regret not getting his name, because his boss should be aware that this young man deserves a raise! I also overheard a walmart employee say that he is there working by himself everyday- that he never has any help. Its a rarity nowadays to find employees that actually work,let alone to find one that will work the job of many only to be paid for the job of 1. Because an employee like this can turn what would have been a 2 star rating into a 5 star. His composure,his patience,his kind demeanor and his dedication to his job is impossible to ignore and appreciate. Our lunch was made perfectly and was worth the wait. I will update my review with the young man’s name once I can make it back there because I feel like he should be celebrated for his outstanding work ethic. I will definitely recommend this Subway to friends and plan on returning often.

I went to this store on April 17,2021 to purchase two meals with my pregnant wife.I paid for the meals which included two drinks,while pouring drinks from the drinks machine,one of the cups fell to the ground.My wife asked the lady who made our sandwiches if we could have another cup because it fell on the ground and she told us that we would have to pay for the new cup.I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED HORRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE.Like I just paid for one and fell,where is the GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SUBWAY OFFERS? Based on the fact that my accent and hers were of the same native land,she did this,if it was another ethnic group,she would never told them that.
