5/31 Update: Shout out to Brianna. Working on a Saturday by herself but has the BEST attitude. I have been in retail management for 20+ years and there are just some things you cannot teach. To the OWNER of this location, take care of her. There are plenty of choices in this area, i come here for the people.
My new favorite Subway. DO NOT go to the ones inside the WalMart’s. This store is the spot. I forgot the ladies name behind the counter (young tall white lady), she was GREAT!

Conswayla and the lady in the back was to busy showing their disdain for each other. Made me wait 15 minutes for a 6” sub when I was the only one in there. Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. Oh and I wrote this standing still waiting. & then Conswayla charged me to much and then seemed offended when I asked for her to check the price. Thanks to the lady in the back for clearing it up. And then this is the sandwich she gives me. I promise I ain’t did nothing but unwrap it. ♂️

Holy cow the customer service here is horrible I asked for a turkey bacon ranch, they started making a chicken bacon ranch. I corrected them and they said ” well we dont have that ” when i said its just a turkey sandwich add bacon they said I shouldnt have said it the way I said it. Then at checkout added a combo to all of my sandwiches, I went back to get a refund because I didnt order combos and they acted annoyed I asked for a refund.

Really disappointed that I ordered steak and got chicken on an online order. I didn’t like the chicken, but I had already made it all the way back to my office when I saw the error. What a bummer. I was hoping that by reporting the problem, I would be made whole again with the sandwich I ordered. Nope, they just appreciate my feedback. What a joke.

I enjoyed the 3 ladies that were there working the counter and baking the bread. They were very personable and were pleasant to talk to. For my first visit…I am impressed.

This store is poorly managed. I came in on a Tuesday evening around 430pm. There was 1 staff member (17 years old) making all the subs, doing the condiments, and ringing people out. There was another worker outside smoking. She came in, took her subway apron off and proceeded to do things in the back with her ear buds in not helping the other worker. I waited over 20 minutes in line to get 2 kids subs that took 5 mins. The wait wasn’t the problem, the fact that this person had no help and was being abused was disturbing. AND to top it all off, the worker was being video taped with a camera watching his moves. Apparently the manager can tell the worker what to do and micromanage him. It’s just sick.
