I see all subways going out of business soon. Their food was ok at best when you could get a 5 dollar foot long now 2 subs are 28 dollars. At that price should come with chips drinks and cookies.

Stood in line 20 minutes, placed my order , they fixed my food and went to pay and refused to take a card, even when the other customers paid with a card before me, I asked why they said the system was down. Said cash only! 80.00 in food, I told them I had no cash on me and they said sorry, cash only! I was confused so I walked out side made a call& watched them let the guy behind me pay with a card for one sandwich, I feel like they where being disrespectful and dishonest! I walked back in to pay and she told me cash only sir! I politely told her to toss my food in the trash can and I left, two girl’s working at this location. I’ll never go back! Period!

This was my first and only visit to this subway. It’s bad enough that half their products are not in stock, their workers are subpar at best. I placed an order online and half of the items I requested weren’t included. The roll was old and fell apart within 10 minutes of getting it. Even after complaining to management, they took it with a grain of salt. The sandwich wasn’t even edible so I threw it away IN THE RESTAURANT because management refused to take it back and make a new one knowing very well the sandwich was improperly made. To make matters worse, the manager on duty at the time (older woman), didn’t even offer to compensate or refund the inedible sandwich. This is the quality of Subway and unfortunately, will never get my business again not will I recommend it to anyone in the future. Jimmy Johns may be a little more expensive but at least their foods are fresh.

The person making my protein bowl was very friendly. It is comforting when you can connect with people in the service fields. As we talked he was making sure we had everything we needed and he made sure to wish us well when we were leaving. Nowadays, good service is rare. This was refreshing to get good service without even asking for it. Good job !!!

The other day I went in to get a sub sandwich and they were completely out of bread. How can a sandwich shop be out of bread. The chairs are always on the table. The subway I am referring to is in Tallahassee located at Crawfordville rd and capital circle.
