The employees that work here are amazing. I have a Subway near my house, but I will drive to this one every time I crave a sandwich. My son and I were recently at this location when an older woman walked in with a question about an online deal, and the employee patiently walked her through the process of signing up for the app, even though he was clearly busy. I’ve had similar experiences with other employees here, and they all seem to genuinely care about the customers and the quality of their product.

I went to the Subway on 15th St. by Transmitter. I usually order online using their app and a coupon code (it’s really easy), takes about 10-15 minutes then I go through the drive-thru and pick up my order.

Won’t visit this subway ever again. This is only my 2nd trip to this location ever. Both occasions no one ever came to the drive thru. This occasion I had already done an online order (so stuck here). When I gave up on the drive through and walked in, the person at the counter didn’t greet me at all. I had to walk to the counter and say hello myself. Then she told me she was alone and my order would be awhile… defeated the purpose of ordering online. And the last time I had came and didn’t get drive through service, it was the same excuse. Last time I left. This time I’m stuck, won’t make this mistake again. Also nearly all the lights are off so it’s dark and empty inside.
I feel a bit bad for the employees, I would just put a sign on the drive thru if I couldn’t manage it. And also I would still greet folks as they come in.

Every time I order from this place something is always wrong AND MISSING. I ordered 2 meals tonight and didn’t get either drinks for it and my sandwich was made wrong. I called and the guy acted like he couldn’t even handle a phone convo much less make an order. He claimed we can come up there after we ordered delivery to get “2 free spites” even tho I PAID for them already. Do better

I have been eating at subway every day for the last year specifically this location. Mike is great and so is everybody else there. I’m not sure what is going on with the ownership, but they are always out of toppings, they have not had Gatorade or drinks for over a month. Today I come in and they only have two toppings for my sandwich. I’m thinking about giving my money to firehouse every day instead……

Michael was the only worker there. Even so, he did an amazing job, no complain, graciously took our big and wide variety order, everything was perfect. There was definitely a line due to only one person, but he just kept on going, order after order.
And I’d bet he isn’t paid enough or appreciated enough by the company to be such a great employee.

This evening went to this subway, no welcome on entry, heck no words for 6 mins. I finally spoke up had to say it 3 times “hi how are u all” before the one word said “hi”. They had few more customers walk in and said nothing. They ignored us all. They should of been trained customer service rule one greet all customers on entry. Also yes call in orders are important but they could of finished with the ones they were in the middle of making and help those in the store, then finish call in orders. I kindly told them they needed to learn customer service and wished them luck. Management needs to do their job on training their employees before leaving them on their own. This is the 3rd person not trained before being thrown on their own. Or manager needs to be changed.
