Started out okay. She barely put any mayo on my sandwich so I asked for a little bit more. She then proceeds to squeeze the entire bottle on my sandwich. Only stopping after me saying “THATS GOOD” for the third time.
Also it was $16.21 for a foot long BMT and 2 cookies. Yeah, never again.
PS apparently the tomatoes were going bad as well.

Working right across the street I go to this subway lots of time. Well my experience this time was wayyy different. Came in to an empty store. I asked for a simple scoop or two of just chicken. ( I have gotten this before not this location ) The employee who was helping me said she has to ask her manager. She comes out and let me know they will have to charge me 15$ for the whole sandwich. I had no problem with paying but I did had problem with HOW the manager spoke to me about this situation after I let her know I have gotten just scoops of chicken before she got LOUD with me and told me if I wanted chicken I can go to Dollar Tree across the street. I was in shock with her reply. Then she proceeded to tell me I had to leave her store. I ask her name she wouldn’t give me that or any information on the person above her. I will not going to be back in that subway. RUDE RUDE RUDE . I left without anything and I’m sorry for the workers there. She looked terrified and hopeless. That manager shouldn’t be a manager at all the way she treats people.

Decided to stop here for breakfast for the first time in a long time, the sandwich was warm, I asked for steak egg and cheese with green peppers and Chipotle. For some reason the Chipotle tasted spicy and sour? I don’t recall it ever being spicy before, so it threw me off a bit, but overall it was filling.

Had a coupon they refused to honor it due to the owner policy which he can’t do that steak n cheese is coupon worthy I called all other subways they honor the steak and cheese just not the fresh fit not to mention the foreign lady was n angry aggressive soul I will not come to a place where the owner doesn’t care bout customers and to CHEAP and bends rules and ur rude manager no matter how nice I was u will not be getting anymore business from me and my co workers and then u leave ur workers to deal with angry customers because of ur rule changes i have reported this to corporate it is a violation

Came in on 04/19/2025. There were two elderly women working and they treated the place liked it was their own sandwich shop. Everything was fresh and the food was as delicious. They both had great customer service. The store was spotless.

That sign on the counter is an interesting way to make customers feel welcome. Oh and they also ask for a counter service tip, which is insane for a fast food restaurant. Stop that.

I’m a regular and this use to be my favorite subway to order at. However the last few times I’ve ordered pickup the ladies have handed me my food without saying a word to me. Happened last week and yesterday. It’s strange, they use to be nice. Other customers noticed as well and stared. The lady who I assume is the manager is always friendly tho. It’s a shame the others don’t always show the same level of customer service. Three stars overall for the great food; not so friendly service.
