I was going to this subway 2-3 times a week. Until last week I backed off. The customer service was absolutely awful. First of all the young lady who started fixing my subs had her lips poked out a half mile. I tried to soften the mood with her and the last straw was when she slammed the sun bread on the counter. I asked her not to slam my bread like that. She said she does all the bread like that. Clearly a lie because she didn’t do the next customer bread like that. I mistakenly got the wrong coupon last week and it was a problem with her
Her attitude stinks something terrible. I asked her to let the other young lady finish my sub, she had a problem with that and said she can refuse my money. I said oh well, after she stopped making the next customer sub hurried over to the register, I told her she needs to go back to training for customer service training. She got mad and said she will be glad when she doesn’t have to come out here to work in Midway because she was the manager and was going to another store, I told her I would be glad to. Then I heard her on the phone with the person named Shawn who I know as the manager telling lies about the situation. I went to my vehicle to get my phone so that I could take a picture so everyone would see this person. She said she was quitting and walked out. I thought she was leaving so I got in my vehicle and proceeded to back out. I didn’t know she was behind me, she’s short and my vehicle is very high. She started screaming I wish you would back over me, I’m like what??? I didn’t even see her she said she got my tag, I said good now go to class for customer service. I’ve been going to flying J and pilot for years and never encountered a worst person. Be aware of you see this young lady. I have a 1 ⭐ because the other young lady was polite and courteous. Then get mad when I told her not to touch my subs anymore. You can’t handle my food any kind of way. I hope she does leave Midway. Thank you for the poses manager.

They sent out a coupon buy one get one and say they don’t honor it. It’s the only subway in my town. Why send out false advertisement and not honor it. Y’all a scamming lie.
Edit: went to the one down the road 90 and CapCirc in Tallahassee, they honored the coupon and were very professional, polite. I gave them a nice tip for it.

Cleanest subway location I’ve seen in a very long time. Dee and Georgia welcomed me with a smile and made a very good sub. I’ll definitely be back. Wish I could tip using my card, they definitely deserve it!

They serve WHO they want to serve in this Subway. I’ve walked in twice, saw the lady serving someone and then when I got ready to try and place an order she walked off and turned the screen off. Money good WHEREVER I’m a trucker maybe not OTR but it does not defeat the purpose of picking WHO you want to serve… HIGHLY disappointed in the service at this subway being that we come here EVERY morning…

RUDE OLD DUDE WORKING: if you don’t like your job quit and be grumpy somewhere else! Walked in at 11:00 said he closes at 12 and couldn’t use no ovens, I’m pregnant and he said no to turning on ovens completely and couldn’t restock anything that wasn’t already there. If you’re turning people away just go home! To the owner, fire these people and keep getting bad reviews or close shop.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but the poor service and bad attitude was undeniable. I see from the reviews that we aren’t the only ones. We stopped in for two sandwiches and it was clear that the young woman at Subway was inconvenienced by having to do her job. My husband and I were pleasant and she looked at us like she was angry and couldn’t care less. Very odd. If this were our employee, she would be terminated. A Subway manager or franchise owner needs to monitor how people are being treated and either coach this woman on her job, or let her go. This isn’t acceptable customer service.

This Subway gave me the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at Subway in my life! The lady told me they were short on onions and tomatoes. She gave me four pieces of chopped onions and two tomatoes. She acted like she had to pay for toppings out of her pocket! RIDICULOUS! I won’t be going to ANY Subway locations again!

Not a very good subway at all. Tried telling me they had no bread. Told him thats fine ill take it without and got an eye roll. He moved to start making it an behind him on the floor were racks of bread. I just looked at him an he smiled. This location for sure is not being managed correctly.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This Subway is horrible. I ordered a foot long pretzel, and the picture showed the normal pretzel salt, but the employee used table salt. All three people working seemed like they absolutely hated their jobs, which is fine, but find a new one if that’s the case. I would suggest anyone thinking about getting food here to just skip this dump.

Please teacher cashiers consistency. I have a cashier charge me $10 for four scoops of tuna. A whole sandwich. And I didn’t pay for a sandwich. She put on a ticket that I order a 12 inch. She don’t wanna work so she overcharge
