This IS the worst subway I’ve ever been to. This is only the second time I’ve been here and I thought I would give them a second chance but no like the first time they dissatisfied. They literally put 3 …3 leaves of spinach in my sandwich and we all know that subway is known for their awesome fresh veggies. That’s what makes the sandwich great. I DO NOT recommend this Subway to anyone not even if you’re walking distance. Go to the Subway on Monroe , Now they know how to make a sandwich. If this subway wants to keep its customers, DO NOT BE CHEAP WITH YOUR VEGETABLES , keep your customers happy. One star is all you deserve no apologies.

This location is the closest to my downtown office. Usually, I love a sub jam-packed full of veggies. I get almost all the veggies on my sub. Yet everytime I come to this location my sub is SO flimsy! Both sides of the bread can almost touch! How is the sub this thin with ALL the veggies?! How thin would it be if I wanted just a couple veggies? I’ve also just noticed other reviews mention that this location will up-charge customers and I just realized I was never given a receipt for my order! I believe I may have been up charged as well. I will be driving out of the way to avoid this location.

Mobile orders are a hassle here – we have been told our order was cancelled while still clearly pulled up and open, sandwiches are never toasted properly (if at all), forget having your melt pressed because you’re getting it barely toasted if you’re lucky. Also, expect them to take forever.

Unprofessional!! I went through the drive through and they drenched my sub in Mayo & it was soggy when and when I called to see if they can remake it they told me they would! But when I get back there they told me I couldn’t. The lady at the window told me it’s not her problem!! And told me that if she does remake it I had to pay an additional $5. DONT GO HERE!!
