I placed an order in the app. I ordered a Subway club, and 2 turkey subs. My club had no BACON, cheese, or mayo. “I obviously double checked my app after receiving my order to make sure that I selected those items, I did” my turkey sub also had no mayo or cheese “double checked again” ….. the only sub made right was my toddlers turkey and mayo. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all, only if you’re looking for a mystery dining experience and a dry sub. Made a waste of my monthly treat.

I wish I caught the ladies name that was working this evening around 545, she made honestly the best subs I think I’ve ever had from a subway and was so pleasant while she did it. Receipt only says “served by 7” hope this helps her get some kudos because she was awesome!

It had been a lot of years since I’ve been in a subway restaurant…,(probably 25 or 30 years). I remember being put-off by the disproportionate amount of bread-to-meat on a sandwich. The “Jared character” did nothing to sway my opinion.
My wife got me to give it another try the other day, and I was delighted that there were flatbread alternatives.
Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean dining room, and charging stations for your mobile devices.
This is a nice place to have a bite for lunch.
I expect we’ll return in the near future.

Went to subway today and got a ham sandwich and was delicious and a cookie and a happy Gilmore cup the staff was Soo nice and was patient with paying 10/10 good place in New Smryna Beach area.

See if I was available to write this place a zero I would this place absolutely sucks. They got all three of my sandwiches wrong multiple times . I am allergic to tomatoes, and all three of my sandwiches had at least 12 tomatoes. my sandwich also had no cheese after I asked for extra cheese.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Unfresh ingredients on a $90 pick up order- out of cookies we ordered and employee calls me to say he will substitute with other ones and hangs up on me! Gave them a 10% tip too! Still shorted our order!!! No napkins or straws!!

Open til 10? Stopped in at 9:45 and was prepared to apologize for stopping in so late but got turned away. The two girls said “we’re closing early” and didn’t say anything else. Very rude but typical.

First the good things. The food was fresh and yummy. Okay that’s the only good thing. The customer service is terrible. The staff looks unhappy and like they don’t want to be there. I felt like we were an inconvenience. After we were served and sat down to eat you could hear cussing and screaming coming from the back. Not very conducive for a good dining experience. This seems to be a repetitive occurrence after reading some other reviews. Maybe this store could use a new management team. Just saying. I will not be returning to this subway.
