Subway made $9.5 billion last year but still cant afford to staff their locations properly. If yall have a high turn over, offer better wages. I placed an order online, was 10 minutes late to pick it up, and still stood in line for LITERALLY 20 minutes all because yall have one person working on a Friday during the lunch rush.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. I am a vegetarian, so I politely asked the staff member to change her gloves before preparing my sandwich, as she had just handled meat. Instead of understanding my concern, she gave me rude expressions and appeared irritated. I even apologized if my request caused any inconvenience, but she continued making faces while preparing my order. As a customer, I believe such requests should be respected, especially when they relate to dietary preferences. I hope management addresses this and ensures better customer service in the future.

Can the owner of this Subway stop being greedy and hire another body? Last four online orders have been pointless since I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes from my set pickup time because the 1 worker is drowning with in-person orders during lunch hours. Hell just hire a part timer during those hours.

The glass pull downs that cover the meat looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Server never acknowledged me from beginning to end. The call is his ear was more important and we’re the only customer in the building. Never again. Oh and 3 of the fountain drinks were out.

Really a very disappointing visit. So unprofessional for employees to be complaining about their low wages and lack of tips while waiting on a customer. The place was not busy and the restroom was not clean. Food was OK, but bill was not right. The best part of the visit was leaving.

Got a chicken sub here and the worker skimped so bad on the meat. He lied about it when I asked him where the meat was he said “Its all under the bacon.” When I got it home there was hardly any chicken. It might as well been a BLT. I don’t recommend this place.

When we walked into the store and asked the gentleman that was working some questions, he just kind of ignored us and act like we were bothering him. We tried to tell him how our sandwich we wanted it and he just amongst to do it the way he wanted to do and didn’t want to give us what we wanted extra on it and then there was just kind of rushing us very rude and there was no one else in the store. Very very unprofessional. I would not recommend the store to anyone at this point. The vegetables were frozen to the side and wilted. The lettuce was brown baby an inspector needs to come in and inspect the food and someone needs to do something with their employees if I could give less Stars I would

Terrible. I asked for oil and vinegar, and they put as little as possible. It was a joke, and the sandwich was dry and unpalatable. The soda machine was also. broken. On the next chance I gave them, they didn’t have meatballs prepared at lunchtime.
