I tried a new menu option. I don’t eat meat, so dining out is a challenge. I tried the Cali Capri wrap. It was alright. I thought I saw egg in the picture, but it does not have, but that sure would have been good. Idea Subway, add egg to it!! I came with a friend and the overall dine in experience was lovely and completely satisfactory. Subway is still a valid fast food choice.

Open till 2am – perk!! The two guys working at about midnight were nice and friendly. They provided good service and showed good sanitation skills by washing their hands before preparing my food. Inside was nice and clean in the lobby. (guy, learn to hit the trash can near the employees sink so all your used gloves are in the trash and not the floor – it’ll make for less cleanup at close lol). Food was well prepared. Thanks guys!!
Outside sidewalk and area around sign need picked up but I don’t expect the sammy makers to do that during shift. I’d rather them not, anyway. They can do it at close. People shouldn’t litter and be so freakin’ messy.

The BLT salad made at this Subway location is the best one I’ve found in three different counties. Something about the ratio or the bacon. Idk. It’s the best. Good job. These guys make it perfectly. This time I got with mozzarella cheese. Before I had Swiss, both are perfect.

This place was out of control, I don’t know if I was walking into a Subway or a night club, the music was very loud an offensive, my son told the man THREE times that his sandwich gets salt an pepper, well he couldn’t find the salt so when he did he put salt an pepper on mine, my son had to ask a FOURTH time for salt an pepper, they were playing around way to much, not remembering what they were doing, he started literally dissecting my sandwich trying to remember what it was this was a horrible experience, all I could say to my son on the way home is How is this place being ran like that?? Ruined my night for sure.. won’t be back ..

It’s located in an area of town that is high in crime. A lot of wanderer’s.
Most times I stop in here service is however I want it. Except the last visit. I was told I couldn’t add anymore condiments because he wouldn’t be able to close it.
I don’t believe that is for him to decide. The customer wants things even if it’s extra it should be given.

Usually pretty clean, but dude with glasses needs to learn how to move it a little bit. Waiting 15 minutes for a pickup order while he’s talking to his coworkers and the sub is just sitting there is crazy. Work AND talk at the same time bud, it’s not that hard. By FAR the SLOWEST Subway worker I’ve ever come across in 25 years of going regularly.

Will never eat here again. Went in around 1 in the morning on 08/11/2025. He’d to go to the bathroom (no TP) but when I went to wash my hands, there was fresh blood all over the sink. Went to the counter and let the older, tall white gentleman know it was there and he said that it’s the next shifts problem, that they could clean it up. if your that nasty then I definitely don’t want them touching my food

Out of all the subways I’ve been to the Mason Ave location is definitely one of the best if not the best! The food is quality & service is consistent. I’d especially like to thank all the staff for paying very close attention to details making sure everything is exactly as requested! Thank you to Jacob, Jason (believe that was his name) and all the others for always delivering deliciousness and ensuring orders are done right! Keep up the good work and if the owner or management reads this your hard working staff deserves not only compliments but also a raise and promotion! 🙂
