Complete trash . I used to enjoy the occasional stop here , but I haven’t been in a few years . And definitely won’t be back after todays visit. the guy behind the counter is a ticking time bomb . Does what he wants not what you ask . Then throws a fit when asked to correct…Manager benefits from the what seems to be family franchise too much to care from my experience.

Yulee Walmart store Subway…very rude..15.40$ for a footlong short on meat and no garlic mayo on a roast beef garlic sub. No Italian herb and cheese bread . Female worker was very rude throughout my visit. Then I had to ask for a bag and she was reluctant to give me one. I had to bag it. Never again with Subway period.

Walk in and was looking at the menu for a moment the foreign guy kept asking are you ready are you ready. Finally when I told him I was ready I asked for the Italian BMT protein pack he grabs the wraps and stands in front of me looking at me crazy as if I didn’t tell him what I wanted already. THEN HE TELLS ME HURRY UP I DONT HAVE ALL DAY IM BUSY!!! CRAZY THING IS I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THERE JUST RUDE FOR NO REASON

Employees are rude placed an online order called the minute I got comfirmation to cancel. It was acrossed town and not my store. They told me too late we already made it. I told them well if you would have answered the phone it would have been cancelled they told me to contact subway.

Food was prepared properly and with great taste. The problem is language issue. We could not understand anything they were saying. They were polite and tried to help, however, it was nearly impossible to decipher what they were saying. Terrible given the place was clean and the staff polite.

Update 11-29-22 – younger white guy behind counter completely ignored us while he was getting loaves of bread ready. After a couple minutes we spoke to him and he still ignored us even though he knew we were there. We asked him if anyone else was working, he just glanced our way but still never said a word. We left and got a Publix sandwich. Way to go to that guy! 5 stars down to 1 star.
Update 6-2-22 – grabbed a couple sandwiches here after picking up some items in the store. Sandwiches were great and the girl serving us was super friendly.
12-14-21 We get sandwiches here quite regular but never left a review. Always have been good and fresh with friendly people.
