If they don’t like their job they should quit everytime I go in I have a big family so there for a big order as everyone knows nobody is the same we all like different things on our subs obviously however these workers roll they eyes speak back with attitude and all I wanna say to all you employees IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB YOU NEED TO QUIT WE PAY YOUR BILLS GIVE good customer service your losing us and when your doors shut all well new ones open

Used a promo code online. She made my sandwiches wrong and cheated me out of a cookie. I picked it up and went home. Opened the bag and the sandwiches counted the cookies. Tried to call the store and I couldn’t get threw. So I couldn’t even contact the store for them to make it right. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE STORE!!!

We have eaten here alot. Unfortunately the last 2 times were awful an we won’t be back. 1st bad experience we did an online online order. When I got there to pick it up I waited in line instead of going to the counter. I was watching the young man make the sandwich with NO gloves…not realizing this was my order yet. He was just complaining away about his job an this order. When I got to the counter I said that was my order can you please remake it. 1st there were no gloves. 2nd all condiments were supposed to be on the side because it’s a long drive home. He rolled his eyes and without a word slaps my sandwich together again and throws it in the bag points at the cups says small an walked away. I was not happy but took the food an went home. Fast forward to 2nd online order. I got there and they were again in process of marking my order. Very nice ladies. I stood in line again. Watching them again put condiments on it an even ran out of mayo so instead of grabbing the full one didn’t put any on. I’m watching through the glass that was so dirty you could barely see the meat an veggies. Got to the counter an again asked to please remake it. I figure just because it’s an online order I still would like it fresh. Especially for the price you pay! It’s a 25 min ride home an because of soggy experience we would rather apply condiments at home…although still friendly, the attitude was there. I understand it was probably a bad day BOTH times. BUT the cleanliness is uncalled for. I an my family tip well an did and still will. Just won’t be there…

Choices were limited because the day shift left no bread and very few veggies for the night shift. My grandson had a breakfast sub and they were cutting the eggs in half because day shift didn’t prep any for them. Ran out of peppercorn halfway thru my sub. I must say that the 2 young men that made my subs were very good at their jobs.

Ordered online and tell me how whoever was working cant read???? My order clearly stated for mustard to be put on the sub and yet they doused the thing in mayo? Please learn to read i didnt pay for a sub to not be how i requested.

The person waiting on me, finished another customer. Then after giving them change and pulling up her pants wanted to make my sandwiches. With the same gloves she had on. When I asked her to please change her gloves she got hostile. Asked me was I asking or telling her. Again I asked her to please change her gloves because change had germs on it. She then told me it had no more germs then I did, but she did finally change her gloves. She was a very rude person. I was trying my best to be nice to her. I am calling the heath board on her and that store for keeping her there.
