I came here to get a quick meal. I find it unreasonable you all refuse to allow for extra vegetables to be added to the protein wraps and you also refuse to sell vegetables on the side. Some of us can’t eat fried food or a bunch of bread. I shouldn’t have to buy a vegetable sub to be able to add volume to a wrap. Stop being greedy and let people buy extra vegetables or get a smaller wrap.

As a door dasher. This place is horrible. The order comes in then your to make that order right? They throw the mobile order receipt on the counter and. You have to wait in line. Just to say I have that door dash. Then it’s take 10 mins to make 1 sandwich.

Well I have been going to Subway for a very long time now this is one of the first and few times that I ever experienced bad service. I asked for help on the app Marcus didn’t want to help me. Then when ordering I asked to try the double chocolate peppermint footlong brownie they have me a chocolate chip not what I ordered, he then made my sandwich aggressive and by the time I got home my sandwich topping was all over the bag it was just a disaster. I usually experience excellent service sorry if he was Haven a bad night, but it should not effect his work. As a paying customer,I expect to get what I asked for and paid for.

4/12 ordered deluxe meatball supposed to be 12 meatballs and I got 7 on the sandwich. Called store and talked to Rachel telling her I would return for a 1/2 sandwich in the next couple of days to make it right. She responded with only if the owner approves. Well more than once they have shorted me on my orders. I guess if they can’t count or measure the ingredients or make it right then my 50$ plus a week in business will go elsewhere. I guess they can get thieving approval on that from the owner.

First, So like everyone else, the supervisor/manager gives you the eye roll and complete contempt that you have walked in period. She was forced to wait on me and grumbled have a good day which with that tone it was not meant. Second the owners clearly don’t care since all of the reviews on here seem to be about her she is still there.
