We normally love eating at Subway, but the experience has made to never come back here again, the sign outside stated it was open till 10pm, we arrived at 9:15 pm, more than enough time left to make a sandwich, there were 2 workers there just giggling away and when they saw us come towards the door they ran and hid in the back and waited for us to leave. I will be calling manager/Corporate, for wasting my time and the horrible customer service the current workers are providing. (After reading the reviews found this isn’t the first time they have done this)

I’m completely disappointed with my experience today. The young man who made my sub did an amazing job. In over four decades of eating subs, I’ve never seen one crafted and put together so wonderfully. It was fully loaded. Footlong #30 The Beast, Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, More Tomatoes, More Red Onions, More Cucumbers, More Green Peppers, More Black Olives, Baja Chipotle, More SubKrunch. It could’ve been used as-is for advertising. I’m now permanently traumatized, knowing that it’s possible to have the perfect sub and that I’ll never see it again. He could have a bright future ahead of him in the military in psychological warfare.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered from this location, and I’ve noticed they always serve a very small amount of ingredients. It seems like they don’t want to restock their containers, which is why they serve so little — whether I order a full or half sandwich, it’s always the same.
Also, I ordered a sandwich where the main ingredients were supposed to be avocado and chicken, but it had no avocado at all and very little chicken.
I’ve eaten at different Subway locations across the U.S. and have never seen such small portions. The sandwiches here don’t even look 50% like the photos shown. I know this is not how Subway normally operates — this issue only happens at this specific location.

I can’t not Express the gratitude the manger Racheal had today When me and my daughter and aunt visited there to eat lunch today! She Was beyond sweet, friendly and kind! We need more people like that in this world thank you so much for Being so sweet and Joyful! Overall great experience!!!!!

Went in and got fast, quality and friendly service from a young lady. She got me in and out super fast and provided excellent service. I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. Will definitely be visiting again! The store was clean and i could tell all the employees care about the service they provide!

Sanitation standards don’t appear to be enforced here. The employees used the same gloves to touch the register, the oven, and sandwiches. Highly recommend staying away from here unless you’re asking to get sick.

I was never a subway fan. I came to Florida about 2 years ago and someone suggested the subway on Henley just around the corner. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The place was clean and the bread and fixings were fresh. The staff is polite and courteous. They obviously like working there and care about their customers. I have been going at least 3 times a week if not more for the last year and a half. I’m hooked. I’ve yet to be let down. I definitely recommend the subway on Henley.

I’ve never really cared for subway until I moved next to this subway. I work 2 jobs and it is really nice to have a place to go that always makes my subs the way I want them. My husband loves extra on his subs and it’s always full and I have allergies so it’s nice to have a place that gets my order correct so I can eat what I order. I have dealt with almost all the employees here and never had any issues with any of them helping me with my orders.

Extremely polite staff. I saw changing of gloves between each customer, cleaning being done during down time. There was no standing around just being idle. I sat down and ate my food and was a le to watch for a bit. The store itself was very clean, music was at a pleasant volume. Sandwich construction was done to expectations. Veggies tasted very fresh. Overall a good experience.
