I walked up the counter and there’s a girl sitting down far away in the corner eating a sandwich. Definitely not ready to be of service. She called her friend to help me but I left before they even had the chance. There’s no reason to pay $12 for a sandwich when the interaction starts that way. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Jake was kind and had great customer service. We even got a little mixed up on what was asked about what we wanted on the sandwoches and he corrected it immediately without complaint and still maintained great customer service. Very kind! There was another employee there (not sure of his name) but he was young looking kinda guy with dark brown hair. He was rude. When Jake asked him what he could do to help with our sandwiches, the young guy replied, “you’re doing a pretty good job of standing there.” Jake was trying to help and deliver good customer service but that kid was nasty. We were the only ones there ordering sandwiches so it wasn’t like it was busy and he had a reason to be upset due to it being busy.

Put lettuce on my sandwich and couldn’t even see it, I ask for more and she grabs this slimy looking lettuce scrapping the bottom and proceeded to put it on my sandwich. How hard is it to grab another pan of lettuce or a bag ? Very unmotivated staff as well… should of got a pizza

customer service was good but it kinda ruins it when you’re eating and bite into a piece of plastic in the sandwhich.
