Owner doesn’t take coupons. Customer isn’t obligated to not drive 2 miles to another subways. There are 2 other subways nearby. Don’t waste money people it’s hard times.

First off let me say I’ve never left a bad review anywhere. But people deserve to know not to waste your money here! I ordered the “Beast” for my son which is supposed to be double meat. When I took the sub back up to the counter they argued it was double meat. I gave up! Needless to say don’t waste your money there because basically all you’re getting is bread and veggies! Btw the owners were the ones arguing this. I took a pic of mine, this is the Monster!

Very confused because usually the lady working here is very efficient and excellent at her job. This morning there were two gentlemen working and neither responded when I walked in and said good morning. Neither made a move to help me or looked at me at all. Pretty sure both had ear buds in. I hope the other lady comes back soon. She would get 5 stars.

Poor service and shifty practices. I brought in a coupon and they said they accepted it. As he was making my sandwiches, proceeded to tell me it was limited to certain meats. Okay fine, but as I’m watching I notice he’s shorting me the number of slices for a footlong…purposefully. Cheap cheap cheap!

Now this is the place for a good, healthy and delicious meal! You pick the ingredients and you create your own meal – watching while it’s prepared right there in front of you. The selection is huge and includes everything from sub sandwiches and salads to pizza! You can make it a hot meal or serve it up cool and crisp. This is perhaps the only place you’ll find where your meal is prepared exactly as you want – no exceptions.

The quality of the food was fine, the customer service however, was mediocre. I understand that restaurants reserve the right to decide on whether or not to honor a coupon, what I don’t understand is, how they can honor every other coupon that was in the monthly flyer, except the one that was to “bogo free ft long”..other than that..no complaints

One employee said they honored the 2 for 1 deal and the manager said no as the sandwiches were being made. I walked out. I will never visit this location again.
