Used to be my favorite Subway, until today. Ordered online and went in to pick up food. Customer service was horrible. Cashier/ person putting on topping got confused, then got an attitude when I went to help. Tried to make sure she didn’t get orders confused. Then she turned around and went crazy on a sandwich she was finishing. Long story short, worst experience ever!!

Lazy with an attitude walking through the door plus using dirty knife on food glad I seen it I just tossed the food away as soon as I left 3fold is real be careful what you do an say not a peaceful place at all where is good customer service when you need just lazy ppl needing a small check to pass by time

I ordered mobile app. when I went to get my order I was told the only have sweet and unsweet tea that if I wanted soda It would be an additional charge. When I got to work and opened my sandwhich I had no chips, mayo was coming out all over the sandwhich. It was a real mess to eat at work.

I sure hope a store manager read these reviews! Hannah and Tadashia were absolutely fabulous today! Those two ladies have the perfect chemistry and worked very well as a team! It was amazing watching them work and stayed professional with a smile the whole time! They were slammed when I got there! I had about 8 people in front of me and I knew I was going to be in line for a very long time! No ma’am! I didn’t wait no longer than 5 minutes! Those girls rock! Hannah even remembered one of her regular customers order by hard! They got us in and got us out! A job well done ladies!!!!

I have gotten a sandwich here many times over the years with no issue. I went there today (Sunday, 10/2/22) at 10:45 and was told “We’re not taking walk-in customers now – we are working on a catering order”. Then the person walked back into the back – no apology, just nothing. I asked “Do you know how soon you will be taking orders?”, and there was no answer that I could hear. I drove five miles to get there, and I was the only one there. My thought was “So you can’t take three minutes to make a sandwich?”. I left rather astonished, and unlikely to return.

Overworked underpaid workers that dont have enough prep to make it through a shift and no way to pause or stop orders when they run out to prevent customers from not getting what they order. Seems the problem is from higher up. Could be a 5 star place but i never get what i order. Ordered well before showing up at the store, walked in they asked if i ordered online and got my name, they took the time to clear the line instead of making my order after i walked around to the convivence store part and made a purchase. I came and sat down waiting again as my roommate got his order that he placed after mine. Then one of the lady’s ( the older one) asked if i had an online order again after 2 more customers walked in and were being served after another customer returned to get her missing churro that they are out of so sucks for that customer she tell me she is out of the bread i ordered online to my surprise meant she had not started on my order after 30 min had passed and had used the last of the bread that should have been on my order on the customers that were more important and looked a different skin color than me. If you cant keep enough food to serve your menu on a weeknight then close. I witnessed a move from the cash register to the sandwich line with no hands washed which solidified my will to walk out with no order and hungry. This is the first chance i have given subway in months and im am ready to just write this terrible company off. I am posting this on every review site i can.
