Fast, efficient, and friendly. After a long drive on the interstate we needed some comfort food in familiar surroundings. What better place to stop than a Subway at the Pilot Travel Center (and I’m NOT kidding) in Kingsland, Ga. The staff was very friendly and fast. Our order took less than 5 minutes to make and allowed us to be back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The salad and sub were great and were just what we needed. Will stop again when in the area if it’s time for lunch or dinner.

I got the club bowl, had quite a bit of meat. Husband ordered for me while I stayed in the car so my ingredients were limited which was fine. He went back in and asked if she would add black olives and vinegar and oil. He said she was very nice. I don’t have her name because husband tossed the receipt. 2.24.2022 1:30pm, whomever was working then. Thank you. It was delicious by the way. ❤️ I forgot to take photo until I was almost finished. It was that good!

Every time we go in to this location they are either closed early or not willing to take any more people at 5 mins to their posted time of close. If I’m there and there are 5 mins left of you posted work hours I expect service. Big fail subway. And on a side note, more meatballs please. I haven’t gotten them from this location in a while due to always being out. Not going to lie, disappointed.

I’m tired of being ripped off by this location. A foot long breakfast sub has two eggs on it not one cut in half. Also a foot long Roast beef has eight slices not four. Pilot has enough money. They shouldn’t need to ripoff their hard working customers.

I’m a regular and would like to be treated as such . Every time I come here I’m treated with with disrespect, I have been told they was out of certain items untill I pointed out the item in plain sight. Server looked at me and told me to wait while I was the only one in light. If it weren’t for it being close to hike ans 24/7 is becid nevershop here

It was good in the past.. went in tonight after a long run and just coming back into town this morning I stopped at subway as I craved it my whole trip and because they was 24/7 and had a bright neon sign advertising they was open, or I wouldn’t have stopped and went on home.. I walked in to be told by a pilot associate that they was closed, I pointed at the bright lite sign and said that said it’s open, she stated they was closed tonight from 10-6:30, okay, false advertisement then.. As I turned to walk out she, sounding condescending, made a comment to read the signs, I believe the big bright open sign is a sign, specifically to say it’s open.. I go thru this pilot all the time, and multiple other ones while on the road, but after I talk to a manager tomorrow I won’t be in a pilot or flying j anymore..
