Pickle Breath
I’ve been to this subway many times and tonight was my breaking point. I’ve been double charged and the owner refused to fix the mistake and said ” Don’t worry I’ll remember you and I’ll give you a free 6″ later” we’ll I went in 2 hrs later and she clearly didn’t honor the mistake. Also when I ask for a certain sandwich she makes what ever she want to make you. Plus if you ask for pepper jack she gives you Swiss and if you ask for a ham Italian she’s going to give you turkey. I even politely point out the mistake and she still does what the he’ll she wants to do. I finally reached my breaking point and ended up smashing the sub in the ground at Wendy’s because I’ve got limited money being homeless and trying to eat healthy. But I’m done with this place. And it’s happened every time that I go there. Plus I’m not a difficult person who acts like a Karen because I’ve delt with them working in the restaurant business myself. But tonight was the final straw.

Its the great divide. My wife eats here and I eat fire house. So we always stop here first and they have always done an awesome job making my wife and my daughters sandwiches.

Happy to say that their trays of meat and vegetable looked fresh and organized. The seating area and bathroom was clean. Service was friendly.

This is the 3rd or fourth time they have specifically messed my sandwich up. And usually it’s just not toasted which that’s fine I can deal with but this time all they did was put ham on it and fold it up. Every other order was correct but they couldn’t handle putting lettuce tomato and mayo on a sandwhich??? It’s just getting really annoying at this point I won’t be coming to this store ever again. Read the receipts it’s not that hard clearly your already reading it if all the other sandwiches were correct

I had a very simple order. All I wanted was a Philly. I did not get a Philly. I got a damn ham and cheese sandwich disguised as a Philly. There was literally nothing on this sandwich but a little bit of steak and some cheese that was it. If I were to ever go to this restaurant again, I would have to be paid to go here and even then I would still decline.

Nothing says awesome like getting a coupon from subway, then going to subway and funding out the subway doesn’t accept coupons. How amazingly cheap is that? I would say if they are too cheap to accept coupons then how do they view the cost of quality ingredients? But I guess if it takes 1 person 10 minutes to make a sub that usually takes less than 5 at another subway you gotta recoup that money somehow.
