I placed an order online for 2 subs I asked for both to be double toasted mine wasn’t toasted at all. The other toasted once it was a meatball marinara with pepperoni there was zero pepperoni on the sub. The staff was rude and didn’t act like they wanted to be there. I really hope neither was a manager because they lack customer service skills they also lack the amity to read simple instructions which cost them a $10 tip.

Went in this evening to pick up a couple of subs we had ordered online both subs were wrong they were both suppose to be toasted and neither one was. The meatball sub had absolutely no sauce. We even left specific instructions on how we wanted them made. I just don’t understand how you can have a job like that and not know how to read.

Was very happy I stopped here for a late night supper. Although it was almost closing time the girls working was very nice and social. And for once when asking for my “special made” sandwich it was done right the first time and tasted awesome!

The girl that was there tonight was by her self and she did a phenomenal job! The ingredients were fresh and looked like they came off of the tv! I ordered online for the first time. I click customize my sandwich. I asked for tomato, onion, green pepper, and olives. I get it with lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers too. I hate iceberg lettuce and cucumbers. I had to remove both just to eat it then I barely had any veggies left.

I think I know what a dogs rubber bone must feel like when you bite into it…hard and chewy! That was the Italian herb and cheese bread that wrapped my cold cut sandwich. This is the first time I’ve eaten at a subway here in Jesup since moving here in 23. The prices here are higher than anywhere else in Georgia I’ve been to get their subs. But they advertised a meal deal of the day so I finally walked in. My mistake! The worker was quick with my order once he finished the several calls ins he had. Rearly made eye contact and no smile. Just gave me options and set to work. Most of us still prefer friendly service but it’s rare to find these days. Now in my truck I took a bite and realized the workout routine I was about to engage in. Lunch shouldn’t be a trip to Planet Fitness! This bread clearly wasn’t made fresh today. More like sometime last week and reheated with the intent to replicate the before mentioned rubber dog bone. The moral of this story is that a deal isn’t a deal when Ben Stein makes your food and you feel like you’re training for the world’s strongest bite competition! Conclusion, don’t bother coming here unless your hunger is greater than your need to workout!

My Subway experience, the Store at Hwy 341 and Sunset Blvd, was “Excellent “. I needed a Party Tray for tonight. The Young Gentleman called his Manager and asked if he could fill the order. The answer was yes. He made up the Party Tray, packaged it nicely. I thanked him and gave him a nice tip.
The Subway on Hwy 301/US 341 had to have 24 hour pre-order. I don’t need a Tray tomorrow.
