Went in there for 2 cookies & the lady looked like she had a bad day which I understand but she proceeded to ask me “do y’all need something to eat” and I said very loudly enough that the costumer she was attending to heard me she made me repeat myself which I understand if she couldn’t hear me, but what really got me was how she whispered to her costumer “they needa speak louder” and look at me with a attitude, not even a minute passes and me and my friend are talking and I laugh then I see her look at me with the rudest expression so I just ended up walking out.

I’ve ordered twice this week online and made sure to ask for my sub to be toasted, have provolone cheese on it, salt, pepper, oregano, and chipotle southwest sauce. I don’t get a long lunch and have to walk there and back to work. My sub is cold and doesn’t have on it what I asked for.

One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Was told I couldn’t have my sub the way I wanted it without bellpeppers. Was told that they had to fix it the exact way it was on the board. On the subway page it says buy one get one 50% off and this place said they do not have that going on at this time (Labor day weekend) This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have never ever been to a subway like this. I couldn’t choose my cheese or my bread. Never ever again. No name tag for the person who was working. Time was 11:13am . Someone needs to seriously do something about this place. Served by 1128 not sure if this is the person’s work ID but if I could give 0 stars I would.

Service was terrible!! It has changed, they must have new management. There was a young guy that was working there he gave the best service no matter how busy they were and kept the store clean. The new person would not even help him. He was kind and worked hard. Bring him back and give him a raise. He deserves it. I will not be eating lunch or dinner at this subway.
