It took 30 minutes to get 3 subs they had old lettuce out and completely out of most vegetables. I got home and the cold cut meat was grayish in color and we found mold on some pieces…BEWARE…

I went in today to the establishment for lunch and I asked for today’s special and she told me that they did not have it today because they were out of Ham, so I asked her whether they doing any replacement and she told me no can I say OK that’s weird then she goes on to say to me rude and said that she’s waiting on her truck and no they are not doing any replacement which is I’m OK with it, but I’m not OK with the rules when you are offering something and you run out as a business your customers should Be offered something in Replacement for them, not doing their job and I think she is the manager a little black woman with short black hair and not talking about her but look for like a man she needs to be trained on customer service

Made a online order, go and pick it up, they didn’t make it ( because they didn’t have any bread ) but we didn’t even know that by a call or anything the workers were in the back and had no clue we were there for 20 mins. We finally got somebody and he refused to give us a refund because “they couldn’t” , the order says complete, but we never got it. Then after I go in instead of my husband he tells me they are about to close and come back tomorrow for a refund.
So now I have crying kids in the back seat, places are closing to eat, and I’m out money.

I doordashed a Buffalo chicken sandwich on Italian herb bread and I was sent a ranch sandwich with no meat no buffalo sauce and straight onions, pickles and banana peppers with cheese on white bread. Pretty frustrated

Order online never got my food because it was only one person working on his first day and never got an refund everytime I call the phone is busy and when I go on my lunch it is busy it just busy busy subway

There’s always something wrong at this location. They’re almost always out of something. If it’s not bread it’s some ingredient. If you order online this is a big issue. Make sure to check your order before you leave so you know that you received the right order. I’ve even ordered in the middle of.the day before to show up and see that they’re closed. None of this is as bad as their food safety. They never wash their hands. I’ve seen the employees breathe into the gloves before putting them on. And they will play with their phones and headphones while making a sub. I can’t recommend this location anymore.

Wanted to order the BOGO which they said is online only. Go online to order and it says this store is unable to take online orders. Whatever, I can let that go. Start my order and once I get to the toppings I see the onion container is near empty like maybe 4 slivers on the bottom. Ask the staff if there’s more onions and they said not right now. They literally just didn’t want to go to the back and get it. Looked like a manager was cleaning around and not one time acknowledged the terrible service they were offering. Will NOT be back. Plenty of other sandwich shops to go to, this one was just convenient to where I was working at the time!
