Last experience the sandwich worker coughed in her arm near our sandwiches and continued on. This time black female worker who doesnt know how to make sandwiches, stopped to scratch her eye and her face with her gloves on than continues to make my sandwich. Um not eating it now.
Also I asked for an Italian when I walked in and asked what kind of Italians they had. She said she didn’t know so I said okay I’ll just take an Italian on while bread. She puts all of my veggies and cheese on the sandwich and starts to wrap it. I’m like where is my meat at? There is absolutely no meat on it and she got upset and said it didn’t ask for any. I specifically asked for an Italian. That includes meat obviously.
So she grabs to tore up pieces of meat throws them on there raggedy so I left.
She isn’t ready for sandwich making and has terrible customer service. Won’t be back to this location and their unsanitary conditions.

Actual owner was working when we went in. We were the only customers and he was literally huffing and puffing while taking our order….to the point my husband asked if he was having a hard time today. The owner replied that he was, and was about to have to fire employees because he was the only one that wanted to work. I understand having a bad day but don’t be so obviously bothered by the only customer you have. We won’t be back.

The food is always yummy and delicious. The people there are very nice and welcoming. A way nicer vibe with people than any other restaurant in waycross. I love it. Recommend this subway

Usually not that busy, but pretty good ingredients. Always an easy place to stop by when going to miller tires. Traffic can be hard to get into but not terrible.

I placed an order online through my daughter and son-in-laws app with the Subway on Memorial Drive in Waycross. They placed an order as well. I’ve only eaten at this location once since they have been open which it turned out to be a horrible experience that time as well. I was apprehensive of ordering from that location again but a year later I figured I’d give them another chance. After tonight, NEVER AGAIN!!! Almost 2 hours past the time of order and waiting in drive thru we finally got our orders. I ordered 3 footlong subs. My daughter ordered 2. The bread on every sub was wrong, old, and stale. The extra meat and cheese ordered and paid for on 3 of the subs was never put on them. Missing several ingredients on the same three as well. 2 orders (5 Footlongs all together) and all 5 were wrong. Had to give a star just to be able to give a review but honestly they deserve none. Called to request to speak with a manager but none was available only 2 new hires who apparently don’t even know each other’s names when I asked. Poor Service, Poor Attitude, Poor Food! NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money at this Subway in particular. Judging by the reviews I’ve read, this has been an ongoing situation at this establishment. Sharing a picture of the one that could not be eaten and was fed to the dogs.

Now I know why it had been sucking the last couple weeks! So glad they brought back the two ladies that were in there today! They know how to give great customer service, make great sandwiches that aren’t sloppy, & provide a friendly atmosphere! Please keep them and give them a raise because no one else you have put in this store or the other one has been as great as those two ladies!!!

This place is so unprofessional, from the way they answer the phone to the lack of concern for paying customers food getting out to them in a timely manner. I had a call in order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, I was actually minutes late puling up and it still wasn’t prepared. This woman’s excuse, I’m guessing the manager, was that they are so busy they forgot as she’s taking my money. It took everything in me to tell her about herself but I’m truly learning these people in South East GA just don’t care how they treat paying customers. I rarely order out because of my vegan diet so I was picking this up for other people.
