Unfortunately, they don’t have a No Star rating. Stopped in today to take advantage of a coupon I got in the mail and to try this place again. Ordered my meal. Then owner says he doesn’t participate. I said he should place that on the window to let patrons know ahead of ordering. He said No and ran off about having to paint the walls and fix the place up. The price was $17 for an Italian Sub and drink. Got home. It was not even good or deserving of the coupon price. Will never return to this place for food and contacting Subway corporate about a failed coupon policy and operations of this store. Never again will I use Subway for my event catering or other occasions. I will use Publix or one of the other chains that adhere to advertising standards and who are not governed by greed. Bad Business. Bad Food. Bad Experience. Lesson learned. They basically stole $8.00 from me but never again.

Owner was very rude and very long wait time with him being the only worker. ( I see why no one wants to work with such angry owner) I had plans to use both of my Visa giftcards but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use both due to the outdated register in this Subway location, only allowed me to use one giftcard. Such an inconvenience and the owner wanted me to pay with cash and I informed him I do not carry cash. He was not happy with my response and I told him I can leave food and magically he was able to accept a split payment. The transaction was very confusing and complicated for something that could’ve been so simple. I will not be returning back to this location!! And I suggest if you’re using your Visa giftcard do not order at this location and their online ordering wasn’t working either.

Owner very rude. Was trying to find a restroom on White Bluff. All gas stations were closed to the public! Subway clearly could see the distress in my face and refused to let me use the restroom and stated he had no water does the health department know he is serving food with NO Water? Wow? Savannah Laundry next door ROCKS! Thanks for having compassion and letting me use your restroom!!

Look I don’t expect stellar service at a fast food joint but I do expect them to be open during business hours I came by a full 45 minutes before closing time all the lights on nothing put away and had two kids screwing around up front saying they were closed I can see why this place has a star rating in the toilet good luck staying open

The past two times I have ordered online from them, my order has never been ready when I get there to pick it up due to a “system error.” The first time the system error wouldn’t allow them to see my order but, it did say the order was paid in full. Thankfully, I always print out my online order receipt for proof of payment. Today, when I went there was a “system error” and the first thing I asked was if the payment went through. I was told no and that I owed like $18 and some change (which was $2 more than we paid online), but my receipt said we owed “$0.00.” They looked at me and said, “Oh, well since there was a system error, we cancelled your order so the payment didn’t go through.” I asked if it would be okay to call my coworker who paid for the order to check her online statement to see if the money came out. As soon as I got her on the phone and she said the payment of $16.88 came out of her account, he looked at the computer, pressed a button and printed a full receipt claiming the “system error just fixed itself.” If you never received my order or payment then why when you printed the receipt did it have our entire order on it? I will not be returning to this Subway.

If I could I would give this place NO STARS. Not only do they not participate with coupons but they overpriced my sandwich and I’m pretty sure they’re over pricing a lot more sandwiches I know some stores are “independent” but I think corporate should step in from time to time to see who is representing their brand. Normally a tuna sandwich with tax is just $5.87. Brought the same sandwich at a different store and look at the receipts!

This location has very poor service. On three different occasions. I was disappointed in the service provided. First time the server was eating which making my sandwind. A older fellas light skin black guy. Second time, a young fella with brown contacts. Put salt on my sandwich, when I asked for pepper. A bone head move. Third incident i walk in at 8:55. And they both was there. But they said their closed for the night. Very poor customer service…
