This location and customer service was absolutely horrid. The employee that works at is establishment is constantly rude consistently raising her voice an openly making mistakes as if no one can see what she’s obviously doing. The employee was attempting to force me and another customer who came in 5 minutes later to pay for our food first without even having a guaranteed way to accept my payment. She wanted me to go out of the way to give her cash for some strange reason instead of just using my card like I always do. If I can get this Subway -5 Stars I would.

Fast and friendly service but you have to be kidding me! After ordering food for my daughter and I, I still had to ask for a lid and straw for our drinks which are self-serve like most places but they keep those and the napkins behind the counter and make you ask for them. Didnt even offer a single napkin for a greasy pizza. Are you serious!?

23 Sep ‘24 5:30 pm. Online to go order was ready when promised and perfectly made. The windows and door needs a good cleaning but the inside counter and floor appeared clean. All Subways have that Subway smell but this one smelled especially strong, nose burning strong. The lady working wasn’t especially friendly.

I visited Savannah for my vacation. I had a chance to eat food at this place. It was an amazing experience. The staff is very nice and polite. The food item was very delicious. The staff helped me to put food in more quantity as I requested. I recommend this place for sure.

I called to ask if they had the veg patty, was told I could call back n place an order, called back, he burped loud all in my ear, didn’t say excuse me, rudely told me I have to order online only (after he told me I could call right back to place the order), then hung up on my face while I was asking a question. They’ll NEVER get my business again. Just disgusting behavior.

Gorgeous remodeled storefront. Super friendly owners! For work, we order 6″ sub combo meals for our orientation program and they go above and beyond to provide us with fast, friendly and convenient service. They package the meals so nicely and help in any way they can. Highly recommend.

My husband just came from this location. Horrible customer service. There was only 2 customers including my husband. He was ignored the entire time he was in there. A third person walked in and skipped him so he walked out. Last week I attempted to get a sandwich from this location around 12:30pm(lunch time) and the front door was locked.
