I went to eat for lunch today and I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and the young lady said they didn’t have any steak at the moment. So I order a footlong b.m.t meal and she charge me like $20 for everything. It would’ve been cheaper if I went to baldinos.

No refund after an online order was given after the staff said the meat was bad. I’ve called several times for my refund no response. NEVER spent my money there again.

Today I was really craving a subway sub after getting over a migraine of 48 hours. The first meal I thought of…So I rushed out the house to Subway on Eisenhower, got there at 8:39p.m. I ran up to the well lit establishment, a young man was in the back mopping so I went to pull open the door and it was locked. Mind you, the sign OPEN was illuminated, so I knocked on the glass and he came to the door. He stood behind the glass as I asked “are you closed because it’s only 8:40?” He nods his head and says “yes.. cause we’re short staffed.” Okay Eisenhower is a well lit and well ran business plaza so one woman couldn’t be served and you’re a man?? I mean this phrase is starting to become ridiculous just to close early. I am a war veteran and I take full pride in duty and there is a duty in customer service to fulfill when running a food establishment however customer service is lacking in most of these establishments upon hiring as they hire teens/young adults with this undesirable attitude to EARN THEIR PAYCHECK. I was really angry that I could not be served 20 minutes before closing when the open sign was still illuminated ( see attached pic) and I truly wanted this sandwich driving 20 minutes to get there to be turned around. This is unprofessional and I suggest Employers take more time to hire those who truly want a job to satisfy the services distributed by their hires the professional way. I won’t be returning. I’m tired of spending monies with places as such, making those rich with poor hires who make decisions based off their inability to work.

17 days after my visit, where I got nothing but attitude and had to go buy dinner somewhere else. Don’t place an order online they will take your money and tell you they can’t make the sandwiches. AND THEN NEVER REFUND YOU

USED to be my favorite go-to for lunch. Unfortunately, the new guy there on the sandwich line seems to think the gloves are for his protection not the customer’s. He keeps the same pair on, order after order, from cash register back to new order. Customers shouldn’t have to ask the server to change gloves before preparing their sandwich. I’ll check from time to time. Maybe he won’t last long.

One of the guys always too high to take my order properly. I’ve been here before and they always use meat that tastes sour, really stale and browning lettuce, etc. My friend can’t have avocado, and they literally used the same knife even after we told him my friend had an allergy. We had to make him throw it away and start fresh because of the allergy. Worst attitude, but shoutout to the one guy who actually does make a good sandwich (I’m sorry don’t know your name)

The food was amazing but whoever was working the opening shift had a TERRIBLE attitude. It was fine that she corrected the way I ordered my sandwich, but she rolled her eyes at me and rushed the person behind me by literally rolling her hands in the air. When I asked for two sides of ranch she literally stopped cutting my sandwich, stared at me, looked at the person behind me, and acted like she was going to have to make the ranch by hand in front of me.
I understand everyone has a bad morning, but her attitude was unnecessary. None of us were rushing her, there wasn’t a line out the door. There just wasn’t a reason for it at 9:30 am.
