I entered in, and there were no customers in the restaurant. I had to wait to be acknowledged. I ordered my food and proceeded to sit at a table. One employee was cleaning and said that we are not open because we are cleaning you cannot eat inside. all signs suggested that they have closed dining hours or moments. That was not stated to me prior to making my order.
And I responded to her with that comment.
She rudely said OK you can sit here.
I feel as if they are racist, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I stopped in while at work to get the “sandwich of the day”. Today was the sweet onion teriyaki. They literally tried to put someone else’s half made up sandwich meat and whatnot on our sandwiches. It already had melted cheese and lettuce pieces in it. As well as pieces of bread from where they took it off another sandwich. Of course I said to fix it with fresh meat, one of the lady’s did not seem happy about that. IT WAS LITERALLY FROM SOMEONE ELSES SANDWICH. We didn’t have time to leave and go to another location or we definitely would have. The older Indian lady, I’m assuming is the same one other people have complained about in these reviews, was the one with a not so happy attitude. I will make sure I never stop there again. Aside from that situation the sandwiches were not all that great. The cucumbers and pickles were dried out. I’ve had way better. This used to be my go to sandwich so I know this sandwich was not as good as it should have been.

I came into this location today and the lady fixing the sandwich was arguing with another customer. When it was my turn she just came and stared at me without saying hello, what would you like. Nothing was said until I said something. I asked are you ready for me and she gave such a bad attitude I just left and went to another location.
Customer service is key and saying hello to your customers is not hard it should be part of the greeting. I went to another location and I was greeted and treated very nicely. This location needs to take notes on how to serve and be respectful!!! I will never come to this location again and I’m sure others either. Please work on your customer service skills.

The woman working there seemed to have attitude problems and could use additional training in customer service. And I see a lot of other customers comments complaining on the same issue with the lady being rude and over charging, The manager of this Subway location might need to improve oversight or training.

Food was alright. It’s subway. How bad can you really need it up. The staff was not friendly or nice at all. She never smiled and spoke in a monotone voice that sounded angry.

The indian woman is very rude, me and my mother walked in and she already had a nasty look on her face. tried to charge my mom extra for mayonnaise and then gave her smart remarks just BECAUSE my mom told her how to make my food, saying “are you eating it or is she eating it.” That woman needs to be removed and she is a bad ownership person.

The obvious South Asian lady with the heavy Indian accent, has horrible manners! I asked her genuine customer questions about the menue like what is BMT and meal of the day details. Quicker to ask than read the whole board. She kept saying read, “can’t you read”. I get that she might had others comment about her accent but not me so treat each accordingly. She was very condescending and rude. When I picked up on her insult, I immediately told her to “stop talking to me like that, stop responding so rude and condescending!” She got her act right a tiny bit but my goodness. She continued to be difficult about other stuff like wanting to take a pic of the menue, I didnt bother. She outright turned me off. I wanted to order a 2nd meal for husy but her service was that bad. Ended up spending $14 at Chick fila reluctantly instead of $8 for half ft. The price is also higher than usual franchise so don’t bother wasting your time. Look at the other reviews about this “lady”
