My Husband and I just stopped here for the first time at this location. It was our first time back at subway in over 3 years because of a bad experience. The two young employees were absolutely amazing. They were fast, very polite, listened to how I wanted my sandwich made, and made an amazing sandwich. Truly thankful for their service today.

Had been awhile since I had been to a Subway. Just moved from Kentucky, and the Subways there weren’t as good as they had been… quality of food and appearance of stores.
Tried this one. Clean… even bathrooms. Service was great. Large eating area.

7/27/25 Sunday evening. Not busy. Fast service. My favorite ham. Husband got bacon ranch something-or- other. Good sandwich. Oh, three cookies for $1.99, too.

Emily and Kayla need to find different jobs. The guy made my sandwich and passed it to Emily who took 5 minutes to stop gossiping with Kayla and put on her gloves. When she finally trudged her way to the counter for garnishment she just stands there looking at me. No hello, no what can I get you. Just stood there staring at me. Kayla was not much better ringing me out. Only one that was even have way nice was the guy making the sandwiches. I guess we know why the tip jar was empty.

Careful ordering delivery…. Not One request was applied when I got my delivery. Asked for steak and cheese to be Toasted before put on salad… It was Cold! Asked for light lettuce and got a Lot.

Every time we get subs here they either don’t have certain items or our food is burnt and there isn’t any meat on our subs and it’s every single time hoping it would get better but apparently not. This place is more hit and miss like my sub is absolutely drenched in sauce like it’s so soggy and cold

Georgia and Morgan were nice. The guy that was working at 6:35 was rude and sarcastic. I didn’t get his name because he was not wearing a name tag. I guess the uniform standards do not apply to him. If I wanted to be treated poorly by staff that didn’t care I would have went to McDonalds.

We came to this location tonight for a quick and easy meal. My mother has celiac and has to have special accommodations where food safety is concerned. One staff member was not familiar but another guy and girl stepped up and took care of us with the uptmost respect and safety to allow us to have a great meal with out the worry of gluten in our meal. I went to visit the Rincon location this morning 9/27/25 at approximately 10:15 am.The restaurant was neat,organized and the clean.The manager on duty named Cardelia provided outstanding customer service.My sandwich was very tasty.Hats off to this restaurant manager.I will definitely go to back at another time.
