I just can’t give a subway 5 star reviews because it’s not a 5 star restaurant. It’s a place you stop when you don’t want fast food, but you need something satisfying on the go. The service was great.

My family was driving from Florida to South Carolina, and we stopped in for a quick meal. Despite having to manage the store completely alone, the employee Cam was calm and friendly. We all enjoyed our personalized sandwiches and chips on the road.

If you like meat on your subs then do not go to this location. We basically got a bread sandwich. They really skimp on the meat and when this was pointed out as they made our subs the worker said that’s how they were told to make them. We go to subway a lot as we travel and know that they always put a good amount of meat on their subs. This subway was in a sketch location so maybe their business is not as brisk and they are trying to keep costs down.

Keep going… the lettuce and fixings are all old. Decided on a tuna without condiments. The drink dispensers didn’t have the nozzles on them, so Coke syrup spewed all over my white top and shoes. Employee came and without comment put nozzles on all dispensers. No cup lids or napkins are available. The employees absolutely hate their job. Speaks volumes of the area to me.

Clean Subway at my time of visit. 2 employees worked as quickly as possible to get people through, they were very pleasant people as well. Had a pepperoni and cheese footlong dipper, worth the $3. And a good sub. Classic subway, nothing to complain about.

I want to be clear and state this review is not about the store itself. Their food and service when I go there is great, every time. However, when ordering via the Subway App for this store, I have experienced a problem where it directs the driver to another address, which creates a problem where you don’t get your food or have to contact the driver directly to get it fixed, delaying food delivery. Contacting Subway via the website for a refund is more difficult than it is than using DoorDash or UberEats, and the phone for Subway was busy when I tried to call. All I’m saying is that Subway is great, just don’t use the Subway app for this location.

I don’t know how this location does not have a better rating! My boyfriend and I stopped by this location to grab a sub at the last minute after working on our new home because we totally lost track of time. When we walked in, I IMMEDIATELY noticed how clean it was. Floors, tables, food area, it was pristine. I’m not sure of the employee’s name who was working that evening, but she was also wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Ordered through the app ahead of time to be able to pick it up on the way home from work to have for dinner for the hubby and I. But was saddened at how little of everything that we were supposed to get in our subs. Barely any lettuce or meat. Didn’t get the bacon as I ordered for one of the subs. For the price we paid, we could have gotten more out of a Publix sub. Usually don’t have issues when we do come here but not the visit.. we live far so it would have been pointless and a waste of my time to do anything about it.
