This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The sandwich makers did not communicate. Also I had to pay for “extra cheese” on a footlong because they said 2 slices was max for a footlong so I had to pay $1 extra for 4 slices which is what a foot long is supposed to come with. I will be contacting corporate on some petty stuff because they are scamming in this store also they put hardly any cheese on the cheese bread. I’m sure you can guess why they’re so stingy.

We have ordered from this Subway tons of times but the last 2 times we ordered they completely messed our order up. I will say they usually fix it with no issues but if I order it to my own home I don’t want to have to go in and have it fixed.

This store and its staff stayed late to make sandwiches for me. They weren’t terribly thrilled about it, but they were kind to me. The sandwiches were made perfectly, and they were delicious! The Manager could see that I am handicapped and struggling to get around. He even offered to help me to my car. He was very kind. I hope they read these. I will definitely go to this place again.

Horrible customer service from manager, flies landing on food, had I not told the lady making The sandwich, the customer before me would have received two sandwiches that have flies on them. My sandwich was thrown together poorly. Took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich because the shift manager making my sandwich walked away and began to unload supplies into the freezer. manager did not address my concerns when told by the staff. I also witnessed a manager throw boxes around that were supposed to be put into the refrigerator. Third time receiving horrible service here, will not return. Look at the picture of the sandwich

I eat Subway regularly. I normally go to the subway next to little ceasers, but this one is closer. Arrived on time for my pickup order, nobody in line, and they weren’t ready. Fine, I dont mind waiting. But then they dont address you, and once they do, they are incredibly rude. When the order was done, the man went “pepperoni pizza?” My husband couldn’t understand. He said it again. My husband said, “Yes, I had a pepperoni pizza.” This was the employees’ way of asking if this was our order, instead of saying the name on the order. If you can’t speak clear English, dont look at us stupid because we can’t understand you. We are very understanding and patient with you, trying to understand you, yet you look at us like we’re in the wrong. I have now been sick all day the next day. I only ate that sandwich yesterday and have yet to eat anything today. The sandwich was not worth the sickness, nor the rude interactions.

Just wanted to give praise to Nick as he is fabulous! Ordered turkey and tuna sandwiches on Sunday Dec. 22nd around 11am. He was patient and gave the best customer service that I ever seen! Nick this store is grateful to have you that’s for sure. Definitely put a permanent smile on my face and will buy from this location again when Nick is working. Thank you!

If u tried calling here & got a busy signal it’s because one of the workers was on the phone. At least the other was sweeping. She got our sandwich ready & in the toaster with plenty of ingredients. I had to get the other one off the phone to get our vegetables.

Came here last night and they literally just gave me and my husband whatever sandwiches they wanted to make. We did an online order and everything seemed fine until we got home, everything that was on his sandwich was on my sandwich and vice versa. Both of us also had things on our sandwich that was not even ordered from the start, did they read the tickets at all?! Once we got back to the restaurant they had everything already put away so the guy at the front was quick to give me a refund and never once apologized for the inconvenience. I was hoping they could remake everything, I inquired about the time they close because the website says 9:30 he insisted it was 9pm but if that was true the doors would not still be open for customers to walk in and out after hours of operation, and if the time is 9pm the website needs to reflect that, clearly says 9:30pm. Won’t be back at this location, the customer service and everything that followed was very poor and awful
