Ladies in this location were an absolute gem to find. They was kind, caring and efficient with their work unlike the 247 location that location treats customers horribly, but this 96 store is the absolute best I can’t wait to come back. Sorry I didn’t have a tip due to 247 stores mistreatment and having to wait for their refund. I will absolutely tip big next visit!!!

The only thing this place has going for it is the clean interior. I asked for Cheddar cheese on my turkey sandwich and the lady behind the counter sprinkled SHREDDED MIXED CHEESE on the sandwich. Who does that? I also ordered up a footlong meatball sub and it’s like she only scooped the meatballs and no sauce. I had to ask her to put sauce on it otherwise it was destined to be the driest meatball sub I’ve ever seen.

My daughter has special needs and is working on expanding her food choices from the standards that she would only eat when she was younger to the flyers and coupons we get in the mail now and then. Arby’s, Captain D’s, Subway…you guys know.

Wow. What a horrible decision to visit this particular subway, from a quality of food standpoint. I get that it’s a fast food place, so I’m not looking for fine dining in this place.

My sandwich was my personal favorite, a meatball sub. It was dry. How do you make a meatball sub dry? Easy. You don’t add the sauce to the sandwich, that’s how. Shocked? Me too.

Wanna hear something better? My daughter’s sandwich? Shredded cheddar. Shredded cheese, on a sandwich. Shredded cheese has it’s place, but sitting on top of turkey and ham and between two pieces of bread ain’t it.

Embarrassing.

You need to do better. You can practically see Larry’s Giant Subs and Jersey Mike’s from this Subway, which nobody in my family will eat from again.

I’ve always appreciated the quality of food at Subway, so this was a bit disappointing. I hope you can address this with your team to ensure the bread is properly baked in the future.Unfortunately, the bread in my sandwich didn’t seem to be fully cooked. It had a noticeable taste of raw flour, which affected the overall flavor and enjoyment of the meal.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while, but the inconsistency has become unbearable. It’s either they don’t open on time, or my online orders aren’t ready when I arrive. Today was the last straw. They posted a sign explaining a shortage of items, which I completely understand in today’s world, but when I tried to go in and order, the doors were locked. The employee just signaled through the glass that they were closed, but there was no clear “closed” sign outside. Why list missing items, have customers prepare to work around that, only to keep the doors locked? It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Management needs to step in and address this issue because this location is a constant disappointment.

The food is pretty general… same quality as any other Subway. The employees are really nice and make good conversation. One guy was kind enough to heat up two different types of chicken so I could try both and make an educated choice. Super nice people there!
