Went in and ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich. The older guy (probably owner or manager) took the order and started making the sandwich. He put the chicken on, then asked what cheese I wanted. I put american cheese on it which I thought was weird because it is supposed to have cheddar cheese sauce on it. I haven’t tried this sandwich so I went with it. When he pulled it out of the oven, he asked what vegetables I would want on it and I asked about the cheddar cheese sauce going on first. This is when he informed me that the don’t have the sauce. I asked why didn’t he tell me that when I ordered the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub. The only thing he could say was sometimes we run out of things. I guess this is my fault for going to this subway which has had subpar service every time I go there but this was the worst experience I’ve had. 0/5 stars. No matter how good the food should be, the service can kill your sandwich. Even when you say alittle mayo she still went to town adding loads of mayo. She must not have heard me with the ear phone in her head.

We walked in and had a coupon. The employees were welcoming but informed us that they do not take coupons at this location. It’s not the employee’s fault. This location is a franchise so whomever runs this one is CHOOSING not to take coupons. Poor business management.

I would leave no stars if I could! Employee was rude and lazy! I asked several times for extra pickles to only get one extra, kids could only get milk or juice with their meal but they were out of both. Didn’t bother to put a sign up saying the drink machine was down until I paid for my meals. Employee was very rude and Sarcastic when I asked why they didn’t bother to tell anyone or put a sign up about the drink machine until after we paid. I would not advise going to this subway!

This place has gone down tremendously. I used to love coming here, but I won’t ever go again. The food rations were cut down by more than half. The new employees are so stingy it is sickening. I paid more than I have ever paid in a subway, and got a toddler sized portion. Also, I do not like the fact that they put up a huge metal shield so that you cannot watch your sandwich being made. She knew she was rationing her damn tuna.. what I am eating cannot be called a tuna sandwich.. it is missing the tuna part.. it is now just bread.
