I’ve never seen a subway run worse. I used to come here every day but I hear there is new owners. All they put on my sandwich was one flimsy little piece of peperoni on a $10 sandwich. This store completely sucks now! All the guys I came in and used to talk to are gone now, the new owners got rid of everyone. Boycott this store!

While leaving the lady and man that work there try to accuse my husband of stealing. When we walked in we had Publix bags and then they try laugh it off when my husband told them we came in there with those bags. I paid for my food and my husband paid for our drinks. I knew something was off cause the man kept staring at us while we were in there. You don’t make a accusation like that then try to laugh it off once you are wrong. It’s nothing funny about being accused of stealing. I will not be going in there anymore.

I’ve seen the negative reviews but must beg to differ. Apparently the “new owners” are the Indian couple that have served us twice in the last two weeks. There is a slight communication problem but I’ve experienced much worse. The sandwiches were made as ordered and we’re good! The service was good also and the folks were very friendly. Before our last two visit we had not eaten at a Subway in years. For a tasty sandwich and pleasant service I recommend this place!

No issues with Customer Service. We were passing through and decided to eat there. After pulling off and getting ready to eat, my chicken salad wrap had a foul and soul smell. I was unable to eat it. I tried calling the resturant several times and reached out to another Subway near by, but it was to no avail. I wasn’t given a receipt. The number listed on Google and their website were disconnected. We were too far down the highway to turn around. I hope the owners see this!

Ordered a delivery through Grubhub this evening but when the item was delivered an entire sandwich was missing. Contacted the delivery driver immediately and was told the OWNER told her everything was in the bag when he handed it to her. The driver tried calling the franchise a good 20-25 minutes before they closed but no one would answer the phone. When she returned to the store, she found the doors locked and the owner shooing her away from behind lock doors before posted closing time. If this is how the new owner treats customers, I’d suggest you find another restraunt. Disgusting behavior. Do better!

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, and a customer of another race walked in and was immediately greeted. When they made our food they proceeded to give us attitude and snarky under their breath comments. They were VERY RUDE and unprofessional!!!! I will Never eat at that location again!

I don’t really care if your guacamole comes in a bag but they just kept the bag itself on the line and attempted to gogurt it onto the sub… I feel like that kind of shortcut is a good microcosm of what I saw when I ordered lunch. That and the employee didn’t seem to know how to make a sub. Did their manager not even train them?
Anyways, I’m not going to be going back. And you probably shouldn’t either.

This subway used to be our go to subway, the new owners took over just a week ago and when I went in they were very rude. They wouldn’t add the ingredients I requested (extra mayo) they argued with me about it. Then I was going to get cookies but they were burnt to a crisp. I can’t believe they fired all the old workers. I used to come in once or twice a week but unfortunately I won’t be eating here anymore due to these horrible issues
