My wife ordered food online and they gave her order away to someone else. It clearly had her name on the order and they did not verify that this was the person’s they gave it to. Then they told my wife they would just cancel the order and she would have to purchase a new sub. This was not her fault and she shouldn’t have to wait for a refund to come back to get card in 4 to 5 days neither should she have to pay for a new sub when hers was given away by the worker.

They have horrible manners their food has potential to taste good but the people working don’t follow online orders and the managers leave the store to inexperienced workers and tell the workers don’t call them if they have a problem also with the order came home everything from the online order was missing condiments and more
This store needs to be investigated.

I showed up to get my order with nobody to be seen then after being there a few minutes a worker and some guy that wasn’t in uniform if they even worked there came out the back the lady working was super rude so I got my mobile order and left only to realize none of my order was right at all the bread was wrong the sandwiches were wrong all of them so I attempted to call but no answer very poor service from this location highly advise going to another location

Store # 10447 located at 612 Central Dr, East Dublin, GA 31027 Would not refund monies for online order. They were out of bread. So from 5/16/25 to present time I am being tossed back and forth between Door Dash and Subway for someone to claim responsibility for refund. I ordered on Subway site! What’s the solution. The contact website for Subway and the phone numbers listed for customer support are bogus.

On August 2, 2024, I entered into this establishment. When one of the employees asked me what I’d like to order, I nicely asked if she would wash her hands because I noticed that she had used the cash register right before attempting to take my order. She refused and told another employee who was already in the process of making 3 foot longs. She went to the back of the store, so I waited. By then, another customer entered. She attempted to help another customer that came in after me. I expressed to her that wasn’t fair since I was already waiting and had only asked that she washed her hands. She proceeded to argue with me and I pointed out that it’s a rule for them to wash their hands. She was nasty and rude and I recommend that anyone who orders from them to make sure that they wash their hands.

While the atmosphere of the store was very nice and clean everything was set up very well. however. i went in for there footlong snacks. the churro, pretzel and cookie. must i say that the churros were COLD in the center, it felt like biting into and used crusty tough sponge. the pretzel was mediocre and the cookie was decent. while i am very displeased with spending 12 dollars and hardly microwaved goods, my taste buds are shrieking in fear. never again. -2/10.

Peggy is awesome!!! She greets with a smile and she acts as if she genuinely likes her job, which makes it a so much better experience. I love to stop by when her ‘Salitha’ is there. Place is clean and food gonna be good. Needs more people like them.

Ordered 3 footlong subs and a pretzel. Presented my coupon for 3 footlong subs for $17.99 told they don’t take coupons. Had I known that I wouldn’t have went there. Paid $32.07 for 3 subs. Beware no coupons.
