The female worker never spoke to ask to help me. She just stares at you, never says Thank you, or anything else. Rude, Always has a bad attitude. Maybe she doesn’t like the non-black customers. She was friendly with the next customer black. Another worker came in She wasn’t friendly either. Bread was hard and tough.

The young lady that worked here seems very ill.. I didn’t take any offense, but as I was eating my meal I witnessed her being very rude with a customer. Rather than simply explaining that the cheesy garlic bread was only regular bread with a spread on it, she kept saying “It’s not a bread it’s a spread” very unpolite. The older lady was being super friendly and just asking, she did nothing to deserve getting rude customer service.

The Malls subway is usually the best in Dublin ga. We were disappointed, the bread wasn’t fresh, the beef seemed spoiled, the veggies wasn’t fresh either. It also feels as though the staff had a little attitude. We had to throw 30.00 worth of food away. I think I’ll be giving up Subway because for health reasons no one should eat spoiled food, I’m totally dissatisfied.

I was craving a delicious meatball sub and arrived at the door at 8:35 pm. The restaurant was closed ! The sign read the closing time was 9:00 pm. I was super disappointed.My Firehouse sub was good though.
