Dirtiest Subway yet! Men’s room was filthy with the trash overflowing and the sink looked like a car parts deep sink. Six inch sub was wadded up and cold despite ordering toasted. Had to request a large plastic cup which was retrieved from the back along with a large lid. Dinning floor and tables were so full of dirt and food, it’s obvious that they hadn’t been cleaned in days!
On top of all that mess there were no napkin dispensers to be found anywhere!
Can’t stand it when franchises try to CHEAT people out their hard earned money!

Dirty restaurant. Food was terrible. The bread was not cooked properly and was falling apart. The turkey on my sandwich had a rancid taste.
The poor girl there was by herself trying to do everything, but she wasn’t even friendly.
The bathroom was dirty with mold growing in the toilet and in the sink.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this needs to be addressed.

The server is by herself. Bathroom is dirty. No napkins. Food is not like the other Subways in our area of west Kentucky. I would send a crew from Corporate to investigate the problems. My wife couldn’t eat her sandwich.

This incident occcured on 11/23/25 around 1:30pm. Workers refused service after 10+ people walked in and formed a line. Their reasoning was “we might run out of bread.” Maybe this is a foreign concept, but that’s actually what a successful business does when it serves enough people. Refusing service of the most basic kind because “too many people showed up” is genuinely shameful and the two workers (one man, one woman) should honestly be fired. Not doing the job that you SIGNED UP AND GET PAID FOR is so embarrassing and I honestly feel sorry for how those employees must live their lives if they saw those customers as a “challenge” they couldn’t handle. The business lost quite a lot of money all because of scared employees who don’t understand that you have to do the job that you signed up for. Shameful and embarrassing doesn’t even begin to describe it.

Dont know about the employees situation or how they treat them here but customer service is heavily lacking here. Young woman working tuesday night had a very aphatetic demeaning attitude. At least my order was made fast i guess

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today due to poor customer service from one of the employees. The African American female employee who assisted me (long eyelashes, 5ft tall, very petite, with a nasal septum/nose ring, and unkempt uniform possibly early twenties) was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to take pride in making a quality sandwich.

For example, when I asked for mayo on the bread (instead of on top of the meat and veggies), she dismissed my request in a rude manner. When I asked for the sandwich to be cut in fours, I received an eye roll instead of basic courtesy. The sandwich presentation was also very poor, which made it less enjoyable to eat.

Everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and respect should always be consistent. I strongly suggest that this employee receive additional training on how to properly serve customers, prepare food with care, and provide a welcoming experience.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve better. I WILL NOT be returning.

Not Happy at all. I visited this same Byron Ga location last week and the drink machine didn’t work, thankfully they had sweet tea. Today I checked the drink machine before ordering and everything looked good. But I was wrong, after ordering $44 worth of meals I was told there was no ice after I asked about it. I just don’t understand how you can let people come in and spend money without letting them know about the ice or drink machine in advance. Post it on the entrance door or tell people prior to taking there order. It’s hot outside and I came here to relax and cool off while I enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately I’m just throwing this foot long in the garbage because I’m now sick to my stomach. I will not be visiting any subways again.

I just got home from picking up the food I ordered on the app. 2 ft long sandwiches and 6 cookies when I arrived, they were out of cookies. Since I already paid for them, I asked for chips instead. It seemed like a big deal but they accomodated. my sandwich was DRY. It did not have mayo, mustard, salt, pepper oil or vinegar. My daughter’s sandwich had onions on it. She can’t even stand the smell of onions so she wont be eating her sandwich at all
I thought maybe I made several mistakes when ordering on the app but went back to check it and it was entered correctly which means the staff didn’t read it. Also, my sandwich wasn’t toasted which I ask for. I spent $30 for sandwiches we won’t eat. Just got home from vacation so we are tired,the kitchen is bare and we’re going to bed hungry.
