On top of all that mess there were no napkin dispensers to be found anywhere!
Can’t stand it when franchises try to CHEAT people out their hard earned money!
The poor girl there was by herself trying to do everything, but she wasn’t even friendly.
The bathroom was dirty with mold growing in the toilet and in the sink.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this needs to be addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today due to poor customer service from one of the employees. The African American female employee who assisted me (long eyelashes, 5ft tall, very petite, with a nasal septum/nose ring, and unkempt uniform possibly early twenties) was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to take pride in making a quality sandwich.
For example, when I asked for mayo on the bread (instead of on top of the meat and veggies), she dismissed my request in a rude manner. When I asked for the sandwich to be cut in fours, I received an eye roll instead of basic courtesy. The sandwich presentation was also very poor, which made it less enjoyable to eat.
Everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and respect should always be consistent. I strongly suggest that this employee receive additional training on how to properly serve customers, prepare food with care, and provide a welcoming experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve better. I WILL NOT be returning.
I thought maybe I made several mistakes when ordering on the app but went back to check it and it was entered correctly which means the staff didn’t read it. Also, my sandwich wasn’t toasted which I ask for. I spent $30 for sandwiches we won’t eat. Just got home from vacation so we are tired,the kitchen is bare and we’re going to bed hungry.
