Staff wasn’t happy. I mean no need to be super excited (It is work anyways) but at least a friendly face. I asked for a 6″ Outlaw sandwich on Italian bread and I got a squeezed regular bread like they twisted the sandwich with both hands to roll it. It was good (hence the second star)but looked horrible.

Seriously worst customer service. My 8 year son wanted subway for dinner. Before ordering he asked if he could go to the restroom. The young guy said he just mopped. However, the young lady there stated it was close. I told her he will be quick he’s little and have to go and she said no. How do you not let a child use the restroom? We were ordering and he asked to go. Toya is the manager and she should do better with the staffing. I will be going to corporate because it’s ALWAYS an issue at this location. Horrible customer service. It’s been other incidents but this was the last straw. Not letting a child use the restroom. If you read the comment apparently there is always a customer service issue. When will it be addressed?

Used to give this location (3 years ago) a five star review for amazing service and allowing customers to feel welcomed to be there. Since then, I’m not sure what has happened. The staff is completely rude, does not care, doesn’t even know what they have in stock or not. Most of the time they don’t have anything in stock or ready. Just overall bad service. If you are going to keep treating your customers with such disrespect then there’s other sandwich options to go to. Such a disappointment. (BTW this does NOT matter if you are in EMS uniform or civilian clothes. I’ve had absolute disgusting service in both.)

I went to this location for lunch on 05/08/23 and the line was very short and I thought I beat the lunch time traffic. This location was out of chocolate chip cookies, the ice machine was broken, and the fountain drinks were barely cold and one of the workers were stocking the drinks while more people were entering the building. The subway napkins were also out and they were giving people dry paper napkins as a substitute. One girl with glasses was the only one making sandwiches and as the line started to grow so did her attitude. This location needs to really rethink their strategy unless they get more employees and improved customer service this location will be problematic. This will definitely be my last time visiting the location because I almost corrected one of the employee while the manger looked at me speechless. Please enter this location at your risk and be careful!!!
Panera maybe more expensive but it may be a safer choice if you don’t want to encounter any issues! They seem to at least have their supplies stocked well and better customer service!

I am from out of town and only have been to this Subway twice. The first time I decided to leave and go to another Subway. This time as I pulled into the parking lot I realized I came back to the same one again without realizing it. It was a long line with one girl making subs by herself and then another lady came in that worked here carrying shopping bags. She started yelling at some guy that works hear that supposedly was standing out back. This lady who came in with the bags seemed as if she was kind of in charge of a few people that were here. She’s an older colored woman with blonde highlights on top. She was extremely rude over and over and over to other customers And nearly everyone she talked to in the restaurant. She’s telling one of the customers right now that she’s going to give somebody a piece of her mind. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met that works at a Subway and probably any restaurant. It seems every time she opens her mouth something negative comes out. She is now back behind the counter talking to one of the other employees very loudly and rude. I own a couple of businesses myself and just wanted the owner to know how this lady is acting. I plan to see if I can mark this Subway in my Google maps as a one to not come back to. Came in for my lunch break and they were amazing. All guys working and they were all very professional, clean appearance, well spoken with great customer service. They greeted me and every customer who walked in after me with a warm welcome. Inside was clean and comfortable and I noticed they handled the crowd that flooded in after me very well. I will definitely come here again. This place is managed great and well staffed.

Worst Subway EVER! The biggest problem they have is the woman working there who “said” she was the manager. The owner might need to reconsider if she is in fact a manager She was very loud and became belligerent! EXTREMELY RUDE! There are plenty of places to eat in Augusta but this won’t be one of them anymore. While reading other reviews it appears this is a common problem for the past 2-3 months or so. If you read reviews from a year or two ago it doesn’t sound like the same staff. In years past when we’ve been in the store the staff was polite and courteous. This lady was off her rocker! Stay as far away from this place as you can.

If 0 was an obtion I would choose 0. The manager there is so rude and disrespectful. You cannot have your phone while placing an order even though the lady behind the counter you cannot even hear her. She’s very rude yelled at me to get off my phone and said that her staff would be written up for being on their phone. I am not your employee. I have the freedom to be on my phone and I have the freedom not to choose to go to this location. This manager should be terminated and has the worst leadership. The place was dirty and the staff look like they need to clean themselves up.

This one black lady that says she’s the manager was unprofessional on so many levels! How many more horrible reviews need to be given in order for change to occur! To the owner of this subway, please do something! You lose revenue today because of her! If she’s your best person for manager I will personally help you find someone with much better customer service skills. I will never visit that location again!
