We got all the way through the line and presented my coupon and was told that the manager doesn’t accept them anymore. I asked before he made the sandwiches if they took them and he said yes. I paid 17 dollars for a meal that should’ve been 8 dollars.

We have used this Subway since it opened but lately the service has been poor at best. We went there this past Thursday evening around 7:00 pm. There were two young men working or should I say they were there, and working had nothing to do with it. There was no one ahead of us and we stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for one of them to take our order. They took and order over the telephone and started on it right away, while we still were waiting. In the mean time, a lady that was at a table went to the drink machine to refill her cup and the top of the ice machine feel on her head and hit the floor. One of the geniuses behind the counter just looked over the chip display and said nothing. He did not even bother to pick up the ic machine top and just left it on the floor. He then went over to the other guy and just stood there while we were still waiting for service. They never even acknowledged we were stand there. We also observed the one young man making the telephone order use the same pair of plastic gloves to touch the telephone, cash register, his face and wipe them on his pants and then start touching the food. He also had long bushy hair and was not wearing any head covering. We just turned and left . This place has become really sorry and nasty. We won’t be back, and I suggest folks look else where for a sandwich.

I have gone to this location many times before and it has been okay service. However, I went there a few days ago and the experience was horrible. There were 3 employees there and they were all sitting down at the tables when I came in. They got up to go behind the counter, but they had the attitude like I was interrupting their break. I think 2 of the employees may have been the owners. They were very rude and watching every move the other employee was doing making the sandwiches. Also, the woman who was not making the sandwiches was questioning every topping I was adding to the sandwiches as if I was doing something illegal. Is it not the concept to have the sandwiches made your way. When I was checking out I had a coupon, the old man at the register snatched the coupon out of my hand rudely. He did not say thank you or nothing, just a nasty sour look on his face. In conclusion, I felt very uncomfortable there and I will not spend my hard earned money there again.

Have been going to this Subway for a few years. It has always been good but here lately the last two times I’ve been in I’ve had to get them to give me fresh bread because they have a fly problem and while they were making one sub flies was crawling on my other sub. This is a health issue so until it’s corrected I won’t be going back to this one

Last night I showed up at closing time and was going to leave to go up another Subway. The two African Americans who were cleaning stopped and waved me in. It was super nice of them to stay open an extra couple of minutes and make my sandwich. My family wanted fast food and I wanted to eat more healthy to stay on my diet. Thank you so much to them and the owner.
