The customer service is great! I love coming here when I’m traveling back and forth from Augusta. The people are always nice and speak to you as soon as you come in. However, the last two or three times I’ve gotten the meatball sub, the meatballs have been entirely burnt. It’s quite disappointing as you can’t eat them, you just kinda get a marinara sandwich. I don’t notice until I’m about 5 or 10 minutes down the road and start eating, which is even more frustrating.

I came to the subway for the very first time when I came in one employee was making sandwiches the other employee was dealing with her family business I stood there for several minutes waiting to get my sandwich made then she came back started making my sandwich and decided to jump into another customer touching the computer screen with her clothes on and sticking it into the food which contaminated it right in front of me and I end up having to walk out 20 minutes later without even be able to get a sandwich thanks again Subway

Food was good. The problem with this store is that they like to start closing very early. This means certain menu items aren’t available like sweet tea. Plus dine in is not available all the chairs are on the tables. Either be fully open or change your advertised closing time.

Food is 95% on point, however you are asked “what else “ after each ingredient is applied as if they don’t know the basic ingredients of the sandwich. Really not that friendly either, and why are they still wearing masks?? Covid is over , it just muffles your already mumbling voices. I went in to this location today around 2:45pm. The First Lady that was taking my order was nice. After she put my sandwich in the microwave she walked off. I still needed to order 2 more. The lady who asked what I wanted on the sandwich was EXTREMELY RUDE! she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed like I was a inconvenience to her, and every time she would look at me to see what else I wanted on the sandwich she had a nasty look on her face. The other lady proceeded to say I didn’t know she had more orders and the very rude one said I didn’t either I thought she was done and kept mumbling under her breath so I politely said no one asked me if I was completed with my order. The only reason why we continue to go to that location is because it’s close to home! The need to have more respectful people working there. If you don’t like helping customers of all kinds then working for the public is not for you!

Clean but the inventory gets to low need better logistics as far as orders. StephAnie is a sweetheart, but Sheila on the other hand has a nasty attitude and she sometimes gets frustrated when it gets busy, This is unprofessional and she should be coached up about that and I’m speaking as a Manager myself.

Sandwiches were good. I ordered a 6 inch combo meal for my daughter. After paying, asked for the chips and drink. Gave me excuse why they didn’t eing up the combo. They rang the drink and chips up. But the total was more than the combo would have been. Said they can’t change it.
Poor customer service right there. Was on the road travelling, so no.chance of gong back to this one either way.
If you order a combo, make sure you repeat yourself multiple times.

Menu choices are less than desirable. The one staff member with the 2 toned hair clearly needed a nap with how rude she was to not only me, but the other customers who came in. I will definitely think twice before returning to this establishment.
