They don’t use gloves when they cut the vegetables or the meat. If I could rate it a zero I would, and what the pictures don’tshow is when there is no customers in the store they use bare hands to handle fresh bread, cookies, cheese, and meat.

Google hours show they close at 10 as well as their sign on the door. Got here at 9:32 and they said they were closed as their “hours varied” on the weekend.. the place is an absolute joke!

This was stuffed in a bag with three other foot longs and a salad bowl. Appreciate the sub and the attitude my Guy gets when he stops by there to pick up the order because as he is told this is too big a order to be making at lunch time.

So I placed an online order along with two of my coworkers. The money came out of my account but I didn’t get a confirmation number like they did so I called. I was told my order was there to come and get it. I said “you are sure you have an order for a roast beef salad” I was told yes so I went to pick it up. My coworkers items were ready but the salad wasn’t. I asked if it was being made, I was told there was no salad order online by the same person I called. I showed the money removed from my account by my bank for this subway and showed I called them and was told by who I am told is the manager the order came through. He said “Well if you people would learn how to use the app right this wouldn’t happen. Pay me again and I will make your salad.” I grabbed my two coworkers lunches and left, calling my bank shortly after and got my money returned for the order. I am told by a few others the ‘manager’ is often rude to others and I am not the first. Will hold off going here myself for a while. Never had an online/app order issue from here until now.

We are seniors with no car. We went to subway today to get 2 foot long sandwiches. We took our coupons to use that came in the mail. We placed our order, at the register, we told the cashier we had coupons. That’s when we find out that they don’t except coupons. The owner doesn’t partake. It’s not posted anywhere in store or on line. Nothing on the windows. You’d think that the owner would make it clear he’s not a coupon participant. Was to late to cancel, the sandwiches were made. We were upset with the lack of communication. Why even have the mail send those if the only place around a 25 mile radius doesn’t even partake. It’s a monopoly and we won’t be doing service with that location again. You as a franchise should make all stores except subway coupons. It’s misleading. When it’s not even posted. Or discussed prior to ordering. We felt stuck. And had to buy them. Didn’t want to waste the food.

Bring under new ownership from a foreigner, they don’t take coupons from subway coupons. The food, service, and atmosphere is great. I’m not races or don’t just not approve of when someone has dreams and fulfills them, but know your customers and the business before you were there. By the way the owner is super nice, but why not except the coupons, customers will still come

Don’t order add-ons like double meat or extra anything. Their employees cannot read and will take the money and run.
2025 update:
Asked management for a refund since they never have promotional items while he left to go get a replacement item instead. Another employee kindly stepped in and helped after misunderstanding myself and her when she tried to correct him. Im convinced the new ownership and management cannot read or speak english which explains my above complaint and lack of promotional items.

I made an online order and when I opened the sandwich, the mayonnaise and mustard were in between the vegetables so whenever I bite, it drips all over. I thought the mayo and mustard was supposed to be spread on the actual bread. Also, there was so much of it, I had to take napkins and wipe it off.
