The young woman and man working on the evening of October 19 were the most genuine, nicest, people! They were so kind and attentive to how we wanted our sandwiches and so pleasant. It was the first thing we turned and said to each other when we walked out. Kudos to Subway for choosing these employees who have perfected the lost art of customer service. Never expected that! It made our final leg home a nice one.

Not all Subway’s are equal. After walking out of a different Subway because of the filthy conditions this one was clean as a whistle. They take great pride in presenting a very clean and orderly store. Food was great and they had everything available. Service was with a smile and efficient! I will definitely be making this my favorite Subway!

The young woman making the subs here was INCREDIBLY rude. She refused to make a sub for my daughter without the ham (said it had to be made with ham, when she could have just left it off) and then when I switched to a wrap for my daughter, she said she couldn’t heat it up and wouldn’t, when there was a working toaster right behind her which she used to toast the subs. Completely lifeless and monotone and rude while refusing to at all even try to accommodate. Generation Z needs to learn customer service.
AVOID THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. Horrible customer service doesn’t make the new building worth it.

I just went through the drive- thru and sadly, I do not remember the name of the lady who took my order but she had the best personality. My food was good and made correctly and she had a very welcoming and bubbly demeanor.
