Thanks you guys- this was the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a while! It actually had meats folded like the commercial and the veggies were stacked pretty and they seemed fresh. Nobody changing gloves, no hair nets what so ever on any employee. One young man had hair coming down the sides of his face as he was doing sandwiches. Only had enough meatballs to do a 6 inch sub at 8 at night when supposed to be 24 hr facility? Nothing being wiped down or disinfected between customers. Location should be shut down by health department until proper food handling practices are either taught or brought up to safe levels. And yes I have worked food service so I do know what I am talking about. Shoulda went to McDonald’s in same building. Not that it would have been any better!!!

No customer service here at all. Employee tonight was rude, direct and lazy. She didn’t want to work at all. She completely refused to chop up my salad if I ordered it. She said she would make it but doesn’t chop it up. So, I would have to eat large pieces of salad. That’s just lazy. So, my partner and I said “forget it” and asked to pay for my container with a dozen Subway cookies that I had picked up and she said “you don’t have to pay for that here” meaning that she wanted me to take it to the counter for the truckstop instead. She didn’t even want to ring up a sale. I said “Since you don’t want to work – forget the cookies also” and set them down and walked away. How is this person working in a customer service position? I refuse to spend money where I am taken for granted. I recommend starving this business out.

This location does not give rewards nor can you order or pay thru the Subway app. It’s owned by the Pilot truck stop and they have their own rewards program. Other than that, great service, good food.

Went into your store about 415 today. Tried to order a steak and cheese wrap with double meat, same order i always get. Your employ informed me that she could only do double meat on the side and not on the wrap. First off, what sense does that make. Secondly, as long as I’m paying for me food I should be able to order it any way I’d like it. Maybe your employees need to be retrained. Oh, and they can lose the attitudes as well

The girl who took my order did not once smile she was really rude. The meatball sub was on the menu two places and there were 2 different prices so I ask which was the correct price and she didn’t know. I asked could she check before I ordered and she got really huffy saying I already told you I didn’t know and I don’t make the prices. Then she said but wait I’m not even sure if I have enough meatballs to make it and she didn’t so I had to order a different one.

Extremely rude employee at subway. Waited at the stall for atleast 5 minutes. The lady on the counter turned away her head and was just standing there without even acknowleding that a customer was waiting for her. Very bad service. We ended up ordering food elsewhere.
