I usually order form this location when I got to lunch. Last night 11/26 I placed an order online around 8:45-8:50 for 2 sandwiches! Total was over $40. Estimated time for pick up was 9:10. I checked the hours just to make sure it was open before I ordered. Place said they closed at 10. Got to this location around 9:18 and the lights were off and the location was closed! I called twice just out of the curiosity and nothing! I walked away without my food and 40 less in my account! I’m not sure why they did not cancel my order. Why would it let me place an order tell me to pick up at 9:10 and when I get there the location is closed! I want to know what happened with my order and why did nobody contact me to inform me that they could not do my order??? Unless it was made and who ever was working took it home!!!! I need answers and I need my money back!!! I did not receive what I paid for

Shyanne did an awesome job on our sandwiches! Best subway turkey sandwich ever! The oven was on the fritz and she even went to the back to warm up our cookies!

Pulled up to subway. The man was Outside smoking then came inside didn’t even wash his hands at all. Said he Didn’t even have sauces and was completely out..and couldn’t even toast my sandwich 2 weeks ago when I went 45 minutes before they closed didn’t tell me the oven was off until after half my sandwich was made come to find out he was shutting it down for the night didnt know it took the oven an hour to shutoff pure disappointment used to be my go to subway what a shame!!

Will NEVER get food from this location again. Ordered foot long turkey and granted I did ask for more vinegar but there was so much my whole bottom of the bread was mushy to the point I couldn’t eat it and part of my top bread so I had to rip it all off and eat just the top. I asked for regular mayo and got globs of it. I don’t ever post negative reviews but this was disappointing to the max!!

Awful Service. I placed an order online and when I went inside at the pick up time, she told me it wouldn’t be done for another 20 minutes. She attended the customers in line first so what is the point of online ordering? I totally understood that she was the only worker, but online should be done when it’s placed. The lack of staff scheduled is unprofessional on managements part.

Both subs were NOT toasted as ordered- cold chicken teriyaki is not good. The churro was so hard it was inedible. Sad lack of execution. Regret leaving a tip. Probably won’t return.

I am visiting about once a week for lunch (take out). I am a Subway customer for 20 years, and I think that both their quality and quantity are fading lately. I keep on going there until I find something better. The staff was excellent until some time ago, now I usually see new persons who don’t know exactly what they are doing.
Update Nov 3, 2022: My last two visits where really bad. I don’t know if it is Subway as a chain or this specific store doing that bad.
Update Apr 23,2023: It seems that they have delt with the staff issue, the new faces are polite and friendly but not all that knowledgeable. I had not been there for quite a while, they are trying to do a little bit better.

The value is back with Subway. We enjoyed a couple of smoked turkey combos. We also got the double chocolate brownie with candy cane sprinkles. It’s a foot long!!!!!

terrible service if you going to have an attitude at work stay at home call in sick i do not need to see your mood face and plus they couldn’t even wrap my sub right just terrible really and yes those crumbs are from that opening
