Subs built backwards.. ordered at 9:15pm, picked up at 9:30pm. By the time we got home the store was closed and we realized the food was completely wrong. Food was not salvagable, so we took pictures and tossed it. Went back today to get our food right and was called a liar by the gm, and refused to look at the pictures I took for proof.. As I waited she talked to another customer about how I was trying to get free food. Sorry no one wants a sweet onion buffalo ranch, or a pizza sub with marinara and sweet onion sauce..

UPDATE REVIEW: This location just reopened after shutting down for bad management, and somehow they’re already repeating the same mistakes. I paid $27 for two subs, and when I questioned it, I was told the prices “will drop when they get more business.” That makes no sense. You don’t overcharge customers first and promise reasonable prices later. I normally pay around $20 for the exact same two subs at another Subway location, which is where I’ll be going from now on. If this is how they’re starting out, it’s no surprise this place keeps closing. Customers shouldn’t have to fund a recovery plan just to get a sandwich.
OLD REVIEW: Stopped to order a few subs to take home. Placed order and while they where being made a female told the guy only three scoops of tuna on a foot long, seeing how it has always been 4 scoops for a foot long my girlfriend ask why just 3 we have always got 4. Well this female looks up and in a nasty voice told my g/f she is the manager and she didn’t need a customer telling her how to train an employee and using three scoops saves her money. I also don’t like the steel cover placed over meats and stuff to where you can’t see if it is fresh or not. I have filed a complaint with Corporate but I promise you it went nowhere. I really think management here needs to take a long course on customer relations and maybe even anger management. Dealing with the public for 30 years if I talked like this to a customer being I am representing the company I worked for like this I’d be looking for a new job. Bread was hard and dry on ends, not a lot of anything put on the subs and they still want full price. Eat fresh, get less and pay more.

Didn’t want to honor a coupon that was still valid and my order met the requirements of the coupon but the employee told me that one of my sandwiches was not covered on the coupon. I know it is because I’ve used that coupon for the same 2 sandwiches at another location. This location needs to go. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location.

I ordered a sandwich on line, when i got there the guy working said he didnt receive any order and they dont make that sandwich because they dont have the meat. It was the 5 meat italian. So im out 15 bucks and now they are closed. I hope they stay that way until they get new ownership

I’ll probably eat there twice a month and here we are again today no sweet tea and fountain drinks running out. Was offered a bottle drink. I come here to sit and eat in this establishment and usually get atleast a second tea to go. Yes I am disappointed. Step up your game subway!

We just went there after my son played a football game. The door was locked but it was 7:30 and there were signs it didn’t close until 10. There was a lady inside who was mopping and looked up but didn’t acknowledge us at all. We were at the door tying to get her attention. When we finally knocked on the window, she looked up but still didn’t greet us. We asked through the window if they were open and she motioned with her finger to come around to another door and then went back to ignoring us. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. She acted like we were a bother to her and we are the customers!! I hope her managers see this and she is written up! The customer service is AWFUL!! Pls hire people that have social skills!

2025 March: looks like something changed again, for the worse. The girl making sandwiches was on the phone, arguing with customers and complaining to the person she was talking to. It was funny when she complained to a gentleman about him being on the phone getting order details, snapping at him “It’s rude to be on the phone” at the same time we she was on the phone.
They were out of many ingredients too, Including a broken coke machine. After buying lunch, I found out that the cokes were out, and it was a choice of tea or tea. She could have said something before ordering, or even a sign on the machine saying broken. When I asked she barked at me to get a drink from the frig, and then went to the back where I could overhear her conversation on the phone. I
2024: Under new management in April. They are fixing the issues and going back to great service, and friendly staff. More folks should try this location out.

This subway was empty with only one employee working stocking the sub station. She was talking on the phone the whole time I was there waiting to be served. I only wanted 3 cookies. She ignored me when I came in and went to the back for about 5 minutes. When she finally decided to serve me, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. I kindly asked if I could choose the cookies I wanted (the soft ones) and she said, “We’re not supposed to do that.” I never had that problem with the subways in Harlem and Evans. When I left, I vowed I would never go back to this subway again.

This place is top two on my do not got to list the manager lady attitude sucks bad an I mean very bad with all that being said, it trickles down to the rest of the crew members they are very unprofessional. It’s like you’re an inconvenience to them by even stopping at the store. I would definitely go to Ingles across the street before I ever make a trip back into that store again somebody definitely should be fired for the way that they treat their customers. Subway should definitely be ashamed of this. I don’t understand how you don’t get the regular amount of meat on your sandwich to save the money. I’ve never heard of such nonsense in my life clearly if I’m buying the product how could it take you out of your budget so so you give me less and charge me more somethings clearly not adding up
