The little girl behind the counter tried to work hard she was missing ingredients the meatballs are ice cold the bread was cold and the place is filthy no napkins I will never eat at Subway again I paid $8.51 for s*** so I can throw it in the garbage. The young girl was so knowledgeable about the different sub choices. Stayed patient even though I was so indecisive. The only complaint was there was not any bacon and a few items like meat b alls, but she helped us decide and it was a please to change from the ordinary.

Out of bread! Lol this store won’t last with them two in there on this day. I tried to warn a few customers going in that they didn’t have bread so they proceeded to come out and cussed me telling me that they can speak for themselves. Teenage adults

Didn’t even order anything. They are always out of ingredients or bread. That I can deal with, but the rude little girl working today I can’t. She was rude and looked like we inconvenienced her by coming into Subway. And the whole time the horrible interaction took place, she was on her cell phone with ear buds in having a conversation with someone else. She ran her mouth and told me don’t come back. I told her this was 3 attempt to eat there, and everytime the same thing. Today was it, I don’t recommend anyone eat here. I recommend they close the subway down or change out management, and definitely fire the rude child they have working. She may be old enough to have a job, but she is a child that needs to grow up and have some work ethic.

A 30 minute wait for a sub the order was placed ahead of time in the web, is ridiculous. Now the one blonde girl with glasses was working as hard as she could. So, I see this as a management issue. One person cannot run a store on a Sunday lunch rush by themselves. Shame on you Elberton Subway.

Went in on Sunday just before 12. Only employee there was working on a pickup or delivery order. I noticed the dining room in complete disarray, I assumed remodeling. No heated sandwiches, no fountain drinks and employee that was not glad to see a customer walk in. She was absolutely rude. I love Subway but not this much.

People working are polite, but this is product of poor management. They’re always out of basic stuff to prepare food on the menu. Last month, toaster broken. No straws. Today, they only have pepper jack cheese, don’t have bacon and still no straws/lids. Come on, guys. This is basic management stuff.
