I went today, 7/16 around 6:30 and had the best experience. Everyone was so nice, but one employee went above and beyond. Their card systems were down, and we barely had enough cash. The worker offered to pay out of her own pocket. Luckily we had enough cash, but the thought was so sweet. I hope management sees this and rewards her!

Do NOT go to the one in Bethlehem GA! This is supposed to be a meatball sub. It has burnt solid meatballs and was horrible. Would give a zero if I could. Never will be back.

I have eaten here and the food is good. The typical quality and efficiency you would expect from a Subway shop. The concern is more with its visibility. It seems distanced from some of the big stores in Barrow Crossing even though it is just a short walk from Target, Publix, Belk, and other stores ; it doesn’t seem to get enough attention.

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience today at this store with Jasmine, people are quick to complain but rarely acknowledge the good. She was so pleasant and polite. Went out of her way to make sure my food was made correctly and we’ll. I use to work at a subway and know how it can be. And it’s just so refreshing these days to come into a store and not have the employees treat you like your bothering them/ annoying them by being there. Store was clean and well stocked and my sandwiches were good. But again best part was jasmine, fantastic work ethic and attitude.

Such a bad experience- Not once but twice. First time they served me a burnt sandwich and cheese. Thought of giving a second chance at a different time via an online order. This time they missed the cheese and avocado slices which I paid for. When I picked up the order they didn’t inform me that they were out of avocado. After realizing that these ingredients are missing, went inside the store to let them know that the order is missing key ingredients. The lady was like – “we are out of avocado and I can’t do anything about it” and just moved on to serve next customer. Really? Such a pathetic quality of service. Please stay away from this place- they just don’t care about what they serve!

Today was the second time. I sat in my car and ordered my food on the app thinking it would be quicker. No….40 min later after people went in and out with food my food was ready so the app said. So I go inside. No ….still not ready they indicated on the app that the order was completed. It had not even been started. They just looked at when I told them I had been sitting out side the door watching them. 0

This is the only Subway I go to. All staff members are wonderful, attentive, they treat you like your business matters. But the only issue I’ve had coming in is the district manager, Krystal. I’ve never repeated myself more than once until I encountered her. I repeated every single step of my order as she is ripping them a new one over attentiveness (which is very uneeded) during a 30 minute period of the store continuously filling up. It’s absolutely fine to have people waiting when you’re busy, but it isn’t normal to completely ignore the patron you’re trying to make an example out of multiple times within the 5 or 6 minutes or so I encountered her. I will continue only coming here for my sandwiches as long as she isn’t the one making them while “directing morale”.

The food was great and employees were really nice. However, when I walked into the restaurant I could see a young girl sitting on the kitchen counter with her legs around a young guy employee kissing his neck…. Was kinda awkward. Then the girl came out of the kitchen wearing no hat or hair net and walking around the food with her long hair. Was pretty unprofessional.
