The servers are very attentive and the food is always good. This most recent visit I ordered using the handy Subway app; however, I ordered cookies and had to pay when I placed the order. When I got to Subway, they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies in the case and I had to get something I would have skipped and saved the calories otherwise.

While I was chewing there was gum in my food. I have tried calling the store repeatedly but know answer . I called corporate but I have to go online to contact.

I decided to go to this subway for the first time. Subways are so hit and miss, but I thought I would take a chance. Alisa was the employee on duty and she seemed like she was super unhappy to be there. Made me feel as if I was bothering her. Did not even attempt to smile once. This does not make me want to come back as a customer. The sandwich was really good though. But that in itself does not make a restaurant thrive. The employees should be trained with the understanding that customers should WANT to come back, not feel as if they are an intrusion. Doubt that I would want to go back there myself.

Much Love
The whole place was just off. The employees are so unprofessional. The kid that took my order was not communicating, he just stared at me, it was really awkward and uncomfortable. The lady working there would just curse non stop. Terrible place, subway on Prince ave is so much better, I’ve had nicer experiences there with the employees they were nicer and would communicate, extra points for them bc it was very late at night around 2am great service Prince Ave Subway.

The woman working this morning evidently did not want to do her job. I went to pick up an order and was informed the cookies would take an extra 20 minutes (the sandwich was already prepared when I got there). Another customer came by to get her order and the same woman turned her away saying they had to bake the bread. The customer left and the employee whined “it’s too early for this.” This happened 10 am on 3/2 and it was an African American lady.

I’m giving two stars because I really enjoy subway in general, and my food was delicious. The problem is the staff. There was only one employee working, on a Saturday at noon, at a location that stays busy most of the time. That’s unacceptable. I’m a patient person, so I don’t mind waiting. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, which is ridiculous. She obviously needed help. She was on her cell phone a lot asking people to come in and help. An employee of the neighboring service station came by and said she had asked one of the Dairy Queen employees (also located in the service station) to come and help. The subway employee said “I don’t want their help, their nothing but drama”. Of course as a customer who’s been waiting for half an hour, I don’t really care if they bring drama, I just want my sandwich. She did allow him to help, thankfully, and he was great. He was fast, polite and professional. I think whoever does the scheduling should do a better job so that they have more people working during the lunch rush. She should never have to call for help and serve customers at the same time. It’s rude and it’s unsanitary and it took up too much of her time. She was frustrated and stressed out, and she had good reason to be. Management should do a better job.

I’ve only been to this restaurant one time last year and I told myself I wouldn’t go back . I had a bad experience with one of the employees but I went and purchased a sub around 7pm on April 5,2019. The two ladies that served me were awesome and extremely helpful and fast. I didn’t know what I wanted to order so they let me taste the chicken before I purchased it and pointed me into the right directions when choosing my cheese and vegetables . I would come here again around the same time . The two ladies served excellent service .

Should have read the complaints before going here. The guy making my wrap seemed distant and was kind of moving slow like he didn’t know the next step, which I get and am fine with. The issue I had was with the other customer that showed up for cookies and convinced the guy ,taking forever to make a wrap, to stop mid roll to ring up a couple of cookies. Then my wrap wasn’t even cut all the way through when everything was done, kind of hard to eat what is essentially an Italian sandwich burrito with a huge gash in one side.

BEWARE NO ONE WILL HELP YOU IF THEY DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON!!
We placed an order on subway.com not knowing they use door dash. Door dash delivered our order to the wrong person AND now no one is responsible because we used subway to order not door dash so neither one will refund our money. Would it hurt either one to use customer service and just help?? The Subway person on the phone only wanted to argue LOUDLY
