Completely uncooked pizza crust, rude staff. When I complained, she said no matter how much she cooks it, its gonna remain the same as this is how the base is supposed to be, soft -.- that’s obviously not how heat or an oven works -_-

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food but I felt like this one was deserved after seeing their score on google! I stopped by to pick up lunch for my husband and I! My experience was wonderful, the guy that helped me was nice and patient with me since I was trying to figure out what to order my husband. Also, the quality of the sandwiches were the best I’ve had from subway in a while!

Ordered a spicy Italian with chips and extra cap, got a sub with cap only. Door Dash, so I know the employees had to read…their one weakness.
Have an injured knee, their phone wasn’t working, so I walked a mile to return their sub. No apologies. But made me a new sub.

Located on the South Main Street, is this outlet which is very convenient specially for vegans. The service was fast. They have plenty tables incase one wants to dine in. The taste was good as always. They have ample open parking space.

Not sure why the dude behind the counter has such an attitude. Smh… second visit went a lot better. Folks was nice . Sandwich was excellent. Place was clean.. I really enjoyed my visit and food. I stop here and eat while waiting for a tattoo from the tattoo place next to it. And I wait there while my bf gets his tattoo. They never say anything about my sitting there while waiting. So that’s a plus.!!! Oh ya.. try the turkey with bacon sub..it’s delicious!!!

I have been a loyal Subway customer for years.but after this experience I WILL NOT continue to support this company in any way….I placed an order through the app which I have done many times before. The first thing I did was change my store since I generally order from work ( In Helen ) and that night I was at Home i( ln Cornelia ) after changing stores I placed my order and at checkout a pop up ask if I wanted to order from this store ( Cornelia ) of course I confirmed this store and checked out. When my friend got to the store they had no record of my order so I checked the app and my order had been sent to the Helen store. I tried calling the store and only got a full voice mail…(a personal voice mail not a company voice mail) the employee in Cornelia also tried unsuccessful to get in touch with somebody. My friend had to go to work so just ordered and paid for a meal and was told to have me contact the other store the next day.The next day I still only got the same voice mail at this point I was thinking that was really unprofessional but still had confidence that this issue would be easily taken care of so after work I stop by there and when I spoke to the manager was told Oh well nothing I can do no refund no let me make you the meal that you paid for just I don’t know what you want me to do about it. I ask to speak to her Supervisor and was told to call the company but when I ask for the number was told she didn’t have it., as a general manager She should definitely have the my so either subway has very poor management training or she just lied at this point I’m was very upset but did go online and find the # and called it left a message and was never contacted so once again I went online and found an email.I did get a response to my email asking a couple of questions which I answered. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard back from anybody so Basically Subway just stole my money. I’m writing this because I believe people should know how little this company values there customers. I hope I can keep anybody else from having this kind of experience I will be contacting better Business bureau and anybody else I can to hold them accountable for their actions. When this all started I really believe that it was one bad egg I believe the manager and Subway was not very good at her job very unprofessional and did not represent her company well unfortunately I was wrong and she represented the company exactly how they are so please be careful when dealing with this company and I would suggest not using their app because that’s where this whole thing got started I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I have work in customer service for over 30 years this is unacceptable and my advice is to go on down the road and find yourself something else to eat it’s not worth the trouble

My family comes to this subway quite often seeing as we are locals in the community. The food is always good, but sometimes could be a bit better. However, when my family came in this afternoon needing 5 sandwiches all with varying degrees of neediness and being very specific in order, these Subway workers could have blown up, been rude, or talk bad about us. Guess what, they didn’t! Rylee and Big John were a blast to have been serviced by we talked about various topics while they made our sandwiches just to our specifications with smiles on their faces and jokes in their hearts. They were a joy to be around and the sandwiches were thick and delicious. The perfect sub to take home of what you’d expect from subway. Your Sub Your Way! Thank you Rylee and Big John for how awesome you guys are and keep up the amazing work!
